Retrospective Analysis Of 96 Cases Of White Spot With Blood Heat Syndrome Treated With Integrated Chinese And Western Medicin

Purpose:To sort out the medical records of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome of Liaoning Fengtian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in recent four years,including basic information,clinical manifestations,laboratory examination,treatment and conditions,etc.Analysis of the related factors of this disease and treatment experience,in order to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease.Material and method:A total of 96 patients of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome who were hospitalized from January 2019 to December 2022 were collected.Organize medical records,including general conditions,clinical manifestations,relevant laboratory examinations,treatment and other data.Clinical relevant factors and treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome were analyzed.The EXCEL database was established,and SPSS 26.0 software was used to use frequency analysis,descriptive analysis,chi-square test,and rank sum test for all data.P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.General data: Among the 96 patients,60 were male and 36 were female,and the gender was about 1.67:1.From 2019 to 2022,39,12,27 and 18 were receiving income,respectively.The mean age in hospital was 55.42 ± 13.54 years,the mean age of onset was 37.56 ± 12.51 years,and the mean duration of disease was 17.86 ± 13.08 years.Return(leave)the majority.The triggers were mostly induced by upper respiratory tract infection,in 23 cases.Nine patients had a positive family history.38 cases of smoking history,alcohol consumption history,35 cases.Before admission,87 had been treated externally and 51 had received oral and drip drops.The mean BMI was 24.12±2.64kg/m~2,and the most common comorbidities were 20 hypertension,15 diabetes and 12 coronary heart disease.2.Clinical symptoms: 73 patients with extensive skin lesions,73 cases.The skin lesions were mostly erythematous papular rash fused into patches,overlying scales,diffuse flushing and swelling at the base,and obvious infiltration,in 67 cases with pruritus.3.TCM syndromes: red tongue coating(80 times)and thin yellow fur(63 times)are the most frequent occurrences,and the pulse condition is mainly stringy and slippery(64 times).Accompanied by symptoms,there were 35 cases of poor night sleep,31 cases of poor night sleep,19 cases of yellow urine,and 13 cases of constipation.4.TCM treatment: a total of 93 prescriptions are recorded,and the properties of the medicine are mostly: cold,slightly cold,and flat.Common medicinal taste: sweet and light,bitter and light.Common meridians: Liver,Kidney,Stomach.Medicines are more common: heat-clearing medicines,diuresis-dampness medicines,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines.The cluster analysis of the top 30 traditional Chinese medicines can be clustered into three categories.At the same time,the external treatment method promotes the repair of skin lesions and shortens the hospitalization time of patients with medicated baths,packets,acupoint stimulation,soaking,and sticking.5.Modern medical treatment: Oral or intravenous infusion of immunomodulators,antihistamines,antibiotics and other drugs to patients to regulate immunity,relieve itching and inflammation,and promote skin lesions to subside.Topical glucocorticoids are used for anti-inflammatory and anti-rash.6.Treatment effect: PASI scores of hospitalized patients were significantly reduced after treatment,and the total effective rate was 94.79%.Conclusion:1.In this study,the incidence of white sore blood heat syndrome males is higher than that of females,and the incidence of middle-aged and elderly people is higher than that of young adults.2.In this study,there is a certain correlation between the occurrence and development of diseases in patients with white fever syndrome and smoking and drinking.3.The hospital’s unique internal treatment method of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for white boils is conventional modern medical medication combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoctions that mainly clear away heat,diuretic and dampness,activate blood and remove blood stasis,and add and subtract based on syndrome differentiation.4.A series of TCM external treatment methods featured in our hospital,such as medicated baths,packs,acupoint stimulation,soaking,and sticking,can improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the side effects related to oral medicines.
