Clinical Research On The Incision Therapy Of Ears Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine To Treat Blood Heat Syndrome Of Psoriasis With Chanzhen

Objective:In order to inspect the clinical effect of psoriasis's blood heat syndrome after pursuing ear incision therapy with Chanzhen and taking traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:The 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly which were treatment group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases. The treatment group adopted the combination of ear incision therapy with Chanzhen and took traditional Chinese medicine orally, the control group took traditional Chinese medicine only. Two weeks is one course of treatment, compare the effective rate after two courses and assess the result according to PASI chart.Results:The total effective rate was 30% after one course, the control group was 6.67%, the total effective rate was 80% after two courses, the control group was 57%, compared the two groups, there was apparent difference (P<0.05). After one course of treatment, PASI score declined a little compared with the control group, but it was not so obvious, after two courses of treatment, PASI score declined obviously compared with the control group, there was apparent difference according to statistical analysis (P<0.05). this method is effetive way to treat psoriasis's blood heat syndrome. After two courses, the PASI assessment of treatment group was lower than the control group, therefore there was apparent difference according to statistical analysis (P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of ear incision therapy with Chanzhen combined with traditional Chinese medicine treat psoriasis's blood heat syndrome is superior to take traditional Chinese medicine only, and The effective rate after two courses of treatment is superior to after one course obviously; ear incision therapy with Chanzhen combined with traditional Chinese medicine made PASI declined obviously; two courses is best way for ear incision therapy with Chanzhen combined with traditional Chinese medicine; Used ear incision therapy with Chanzhen combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat psoriasis of blood heat syndrome is effective.
