Professor Yuanfang's Academic Thoughts On The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease And Observation Of The Efficacy Of Yuanzhen Theory In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Diseas

Part One:Academic origins and ideas of Yangfang professors in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Purpose : To study the academic ideas of Yangfang professors on the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease and the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Professor Yuanfang’s academic thought of treating chronic kidney disease.Conclusion:1.The academic ideas of distant professors stem from the "Treatise on Cold Damage" and various theories of Yuan Zhen.2.Yangfang professor believes that patients with chronic kidney disease are originally due to deficiency of the genuine qi of the kidney,and the symptom is that the Yuanzhen Qi of the kidney is not functioning smoothly in the body.3.Yangfang professor believes that in the treatment of chronic kidney disease,it is necessary to cultivate and nourish the acquired ability to nourish the innate energy,so as to ensure sufficient vitality of the Yuan Zhen;Eliminate various evils to ensure the smooth flow of Yuanzhen Qi in the body.Part two: Retrospective analysis of clinical effect of remote professor applying Yuan Zhen theory to treat chronic renal disease.Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of Shenshuai prescription commonly used in Yuan Zhen theory.Material and method:The medical records of CKD 2-5 non dialysis patients at the Yangfang Professor Clinic of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated First Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were collected.They were divided into two groups according to the medication situation,namely the Shenshuai prescription group(97cases)and the Shenshuaining Tablet group(46 cases).Based on the recorded medical records,the changes in blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,e GFR,24-hour urine protein quantification,and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed and compared statistically.Results:1.The Shenshuai prescription group showed significant improvement in blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,e GFR,and 24-hour urine protein quantification.2.The blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,e GFR,and 24-hour urine protein quantification were all improved in the Shenshuaining tablet group.3.The improvement of blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,e GFR,and 24-hour urine protein in the kidney failure formula group was better than that in the Shenshuai prescription tablet group.4.The TCM symptom score of the Shenshuai prescription group showed significant improvement.5.The TCM symptoms of the Shenshuaining tablet group were improved.6.The improvement of TCM symptoms in the Shenshuai prescription group was better than that in the Shenshuaining tablet group.7.The Shenshuai prescription can effectively delay the progression of chronic kidney disease.8.There were no adverse drug reactions during the medication period in the Shenshuai prescription group.Conclusion:1.The commonly used formula of the Shenshuai prescription can significantly improve the serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24 h albuminuria and effectively reduce e GFR in patients with chronic kidney disease.2.The common prescription Shenshuai prescription can significantly improve the TCM symptoms of patients with chronic kidney disease.3.No adverse events occurred when Shenshuai prescription was used in syndrome differentiation.
