Clinical Observation On Tongxinluo Capsule Combined With External Counterpulsation In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris After PCI Of Coronary Heart Diseas

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with external counterpulsation on stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)after PCI for coronary heart disease,and provide a new clinical treatment plan for patients who still have angina pectoris after PCI.Material and method:Sixty patients who volunteered to participate in the experiment and met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine plus Tongxinluo capsule;The treatment group was treated with enhanced external counterpulsation on the basis of the control group.After 5 weeks of treatment,angina symptoms,TCM syndrome,Seattle angina score and brachial artery flow-mediated diastolic function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.All data was analyzed using SPSS26.0 software.Results:1.Angina symptom score:After different treatment regimen intervention,angina symptom score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.7% and 89.7% respectively.2.TCM syndrome scores: After different treatment regimen intervention,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.7% and 93.1%,respectively.3.Seattle Angina Scale score: Two groups were scored from five different dimensions before and after treatment.After different treatment regiments,the Seattle angina scores of two groups of patients were higher than before treatment(P<0.01).In addition to the physical activity limit,the effect of the other four dimensions in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Brachial artery flow-mediated diastolic function: brachial artery flow-mediated diastolic function was significantly increased in both groups(P<0.01),and the degree of increase was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).5.Safety indicators: In this clinical efficacy observation,no significant fluctuation in related safety indexes were detected,and no serious adverse reactions were observed.Therefore,all the treatment regiments adopted by the two groups were safe.Conclusion:1.Tongxinluo capsule combined with external counterpulsation can significantly improve angina pectoris symptoms,TCM syndrome and life quality of patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)after PCI,and can significantly improve the vasodilation function mediated by brachial artery flow in patients with vascular endothelial protection.2.Tongxinluo capsule combined with external counterpulsation in the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris after PCI(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)has remarkable effect and high safety.
