Clinical Observation Of Tongxinluo Combined With External Counterpulsation In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Associated With Coronary Heart Disease With Anxiety And Depression

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongxinluo capsule combined with external counterpulsation in the treatment of stable Angina Pectoris with anxiety and depression.Materials and methods: For the included 80 patients with stable angina pectoris(Qi deficiency blood stasis type)accompanied by anxiety and depression,random and control methods were used,were divided into control,treatment,and 40 patients each.The control group was given a regimen of Western medicine conventional treatment and Tongxinluo,and the treatment group was combined with extracorporeal counterpulsation under the conditions of the control group,with the treatment course set at 5 weeks in both groups.The angina status,TCM syndrome status,anxiety score,depression score,and sleep quality score of the subjects in the two groups before and after the test were recorded in detail and summarized,use spss23.0 to analyse.result:1.Angina Symptom and curative effect: After Treatment,the Angina Symptom of the two groups were improved,the total effective rate of the test group was 97%,the control group was 90%,the test group was better than the control group(p < 0.05).2.Syndrome and curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine: After Treatment,the scores of TCM Syndrome in the two groups were improved,the effective rate of the test group was97%,the effective rate of the control group was 92%,the experimental group was better than the control group(p < 0.05).3.Anxiety score: After treatment,the anxiety state of the two groups were improved,the test group was better than the control group(p < 0.05).4.Depression score: After treatment,the depression of the two groups were improved,the test group was better than the control group(p < 0.01).5.Sleep quality score: After treatment,the sleep quality of the two groups were improved,the test group was better than the control group(p < 0.05).6.Study safety: In the course of this trial,the two groups did not have any serious adverse events,did not have more serious conditions,did not have adverse reactions or toxic side effects,safety index is not abnormal,so the two treatment methods are safe and reliable.Conclusion :1.Tongxinluo capsule combined with external counterpulsation can improve the angina symptoms,TCM syndromes,anxiety and depression of patients with stable Angina Pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and improve their sleep quality.2.Tongxinluo capsule combined with external counterpulsation has better safety in treating stable Angina pectoris of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type with anxiety and depression.
