Purpose:The purpose of this study was to collect and sort out the clinical information of professor Guo Zhenwu on the differential treatment of allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome(CARAS),to summarize the law of drug application and potential therapeutic prescriptions of professor Guo in the treatment of allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome based on syndrome differentiation,and to explore the mechanism of potential prescriptions interfering with CARAS disease through network pharmacological research,to explore professor Guo’s experience in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis asthma syndrome.Methods:To collect and sort out the medical records of patients with CARAS who met the criteria of admission discharge from October 2020 to November 2022 in the State Hospital Clinic of Liaoning Academy of Traditional Chinese medicine and Tiexi Clinic of Liaoning Academy of Traditional Chinese medicine,the information related to the outpatient medical record was entered into Microsoft Excel 2019 software to create a complete medical record database.Data mining software was used to analyze the frequency of patient’s sex,age,onset season and prescription drugs.Using the software of IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 24.0,the Association rules and cluster analysis of drugs were carried out,so as to generalize the law of drug use and potential therapeutic prescriptions of professor Guo in treating CARAS.Network pharmacological analysis of the potential prescriptions screened,the drug targets selected from TCMSP database and Uni Prot database,which intersect with the disease targets extracted from Gene Cards and OMIM database,were imported into STRING11.0 database to retrieve the association data,to explore the potential mechanism of core prescription in Treating CARAS,PPI network map and GO and KEGG enrichment analysis were constructed based on cytoscraper software and Bioconductor.Results:1.Data mining results(1)statistics of age,sex and season: 72 cases of male and 69 cases of female were screened out.A total of 141 cases were screened out.The selected patients were mainly between 11-40 years old,accounting for 68.80% of the total number of patients.The incidence season was mainly distributed in spring and autumn,the proportion was 69.50%.(2)statistics of drug frequency in prescription: for the statistics of four Qi,the warm drugs,the flat drugs and the cold drugs were the first three.The sweet,bitter and pungent drugs were the first three in statistics.According to the statistics of Meridian Tropism,the lung meridian,the liver meridian and the stomach meridian are the first three.Jiao Sanxian,honeysuckle,Semen Ziziphi spinosae,Gastrodia elata,Magnolia Magnolia,Herba ephedra,mulberry leaves,licorice,almonds were the top ten in the frequency of use.The common drug pair is suanzaoren → Jiaosanxian,Honeysuckle→ Jiaosanxian,the drug group is suanzaoren → honeysuckle,jiaosanxian,honeysuckle → suanzaoren,jiaosanxian,gastrodia elata → suanzaoren,jiaosanxian.Compound Medicine: Ephedra,almond,magnolia,mulberry leaf,licorice.2.Network pharmacology results(1)quercetin,ethyl linoleic acid,stigmasterol and Kaempferol were the main active components,and the potential protein targets were IL-6,Akt-1,TNF,Alb and il-1β.(2)the Biological Process of Go is mainly response to lipopolysaccharide,and the Molecular Function is mainly Cytokine receptor binding and cytokine activity,cellular components are mainly membrane raft and membrane microdomain.(3)The results of KEGG enrichment analysis showed that AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,lipid and arteriosclerosis,fluid shear stress and arteriosclerosis,TNF and Il-17 signaling pathways were involved in the pathogenesis of diabetic complications.Conclusion:(1)Based on the data mining results,ephedra,almonds,liquorice,Magnolia,Mulberry leaves and other drugs are potential prescriptions for professor Guo Zhenwu’s clinical treatment of CARAS.(2)By using“Ephedra,almonds,licorice,magnolia,mulberry leaves” treatment of CARAS network pharmacological studies show that,quercetin,ethyl linoleic acid,stigmasterol,Kaempferol and other active components in the drug can act on the protein targets of CARAS,such as IL-6,Akt-1,TNF,Alb,il-1β,etc.,to regulate the AGE-RAGE and other signaling pathways of CARAS in order to achieve the role of treatment of CARAS.
