| Research objectives:1.to analyze the distribution pattern of congenital yunqi endowment of kidney stone patients at different birth periods by birth date,to find out the susceptible congenital physique of kidney stone patients,and to investigate the underlying causes of kidney stone disease onset.2.To explore the pathological process of evolution from congenital physique to kidney stones,and to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of kidney stones.Research methods:The gender and date of birth of 877 patients,including 625 males and 252 females,with an age range of 19-101 years,who attended the nephrology and urology outpatient clinics and wards of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to January 2022 and were diagnosed with kidney stones were collected.The sex and date of birth of the resident population of Beijing in the same daSitian age group were collected in a total of 8196276 cases,including 4113482 cases of males and 4082794 cases of females.The five yun and six qi-factors were deduced from the collected birth dates,and the characteristics of yunqi-factors contained in different birth periods of kidney stone patients were analyzed separately.They mainly included:yearly yun at birth,fetal pregnancy period containing yearly yun,full yearly yun at fetal pregnancy period,Sitianzaiquan at birth,fetal pregnancy period containing Sitianzaiquan,fetal pregnancy period Sitian+zaiquan,solar term at birth,and season at birth.The distribution of different yunqi factors of kidney stone patients was analyzed by descriptive statistics,and the chi-square goodness-of-fit test was performed on the variability according to the type of data distribution,and the proportion of distribution of different luck factors in the resident population of Beijing was used as the expectation value,and then the results of the study were analyzed and discussed by combining the theory of five yun and six qi and the basic theory of Chinese medicine.Research results:1.kidney stone patients had the most distribution of Huoyun less than-Tuyun too much in the yearly yun during fetal pregnancy,followed by Tuyun too much and Jinyun too little,and the lowest distribution of Huoyun too much and Tuyun too little(P<0.05),and the most distribution of yearly yun and Tuyun too much contained in the yearly yun at birth and fetal pregnancy,(P>0.05).From the year,in 1924,1925,1934,1935,1944,1945 and other years at the end of the "4" "5" of the Great Cold to Frost’s Descent born during the most vulnerable to kidney stones,while in 1929,1939,1949 and other years at the end of the "9" of the Great Cold to Frost’s Descent born during the least likely to suffer from kidney stones.2.In patients with kidney stones,the most distributed Qi during fetal pregnancy is Taiyin Sitian-Taiyang Zaiquan-Shaoyang Sitian,followed by "Shaoyang Zaiquan-Shaoyin Sitian-Yangming Zaiquan","Jueyin Zaiquan-Yangming Sitian-Shaoyin Zaiquan","Taiyang Sitian-Taiyin Zaiquan-Jueyin Sitian" and"Yangming Sitian-Shaoyin Zaiquan-Taiyang Sitian",while "Yangming Sitian-Taiyin Zaiquan" is the least distributed,followed by "Taiyang Sitian-Taiyin Zaiquan"(P<0.05).In terms of year,In the year of the "Yin"(Tiger)"Shen"(Monkey)born between the year of the Great Cold and the Grain Rain is most likely to suffer from kidney stones.The next is born in the year of the branch of the "Zi"(rat)"Wu"(horse)from the Great Heat to Frost’s Descentt,"Mao"(rabbit)"You"(chicken)from the Great Heat to Frost’s Descent,"Si"(snake)"Hai"(pig)from the Great Cold to the Grain Rain,"Chen"(dragon)"Xu"(dog)from the Great Cold to the Grain Rain of the year people are prone to kidney stones.3.The most distributed 24 Solar term at birth for kidney stone patients was Rain Water,(P>0.05).4.The most distributed Qi in the four seasons at the time of birth for kidney stone patients was spring,(P>0.05).Research conclusion:1.congenital yunqi endowment for susceptibility to kidney stones is Yangqi deficiency and heavy dampness,zhongjiao blockage,upper heat and lower cold.2.the congenital endowment of kidney stone patients will develop from Yangqi deficiency and dampness heaviness to dampness-cold syndrome,damp-heat syndrome,and qi deficiency syndrome during the evolution process.3.People involved in the three kinds of Sitianzaiquan of Qi are more prone to develop.4.The influence of the complete endowment during fetal conception on the congenital constitution is greater than the influence of yunqi at birth. |
