According to the "2022 National Depression Blue Book" survey,Postpartum Depression(PPD)is a high incidence period of depression in women,and changes in social family status,breastfeeding,family relationships and other causes have led to postpartum depression in 63% of women.With the relaxation of the national fertility policy and the implementation of the Healthy China Strategy,childbirth-related topics have entered the social vision.The dissemination of health information on postpartum depression which is closely related to the mental health of postpartum women has become a social issue that has attracted public attention.On this basis,Weibo has the characteristics of wide user base and real-time update of information,and is an important carrier for the construction of postpartum depression.This article mainly uses the content analysis method,using "postpartum depression" as the keyword,to search and collect popular Weibo texts from 2018 to 2022,taking the health communication model of Knowledge,Attitude,Belief and Practice as the research framework,analyzes the construction of postpartum depression in Weibo at three levels:content,strategy and effect,and on this basis,summarizes the existing shortcomings and tries to put forward optimization suggestions.,users are accustomed to using the like function to participate in topic interaction,and the communication effect of different Weibo texts is significantly different.In the future,communicators can give more play to their construction initiative and create a good atmosphere for the dissemination of postpartum depression information.
