A Systematic Review Of Di'ao Xinxuekang Capsules In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Diseas

Object:The present study did not do the systematic review of Diao Xin Xue Kang(DAXXK)for treatment of coronary heart disease.This study mainly explored the efficacy evaluation of DAXXK in combination with routine treatment versus routine treatment alone.Methods:A randomized controlled trial of DAXXK on coronary heart disease was searched in seven major databases at home and abroad.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the literatures were screened,the data of the final studies were analyzed by meta-analysis.Angina pectoris and electrocardiogram improvement were evaluated for the therapeutic effectiveness.Risk ratio were evaluated for the efficacy,and the quality of the studies included were evaluated by funnel plot and bias analysis.Results:A total of 13 studies with 1261patients were involved.DAXXK combined with routine treatment significantly improved angina pectoris and electrocardiogram with a hazard ratio of 1.26(95%CI,1.19 to 1.33;P<0.00001;I~2=0%)and 1.32(95%CI,1.16 to 1.51;P<0.0001;I~2=0%),respectively.Conclusion:Compared with the routine treatment alone,DAXXK combined with routine treatment were more effective on angina pectoris and electrocardiogram improvement.
