A Meta-analysis Of The Terapeutic Effect Of Yangxin Decoction On Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of yangxin decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris with Meta.Methods: a comprehensive computer search was conducted to extract literatures related to randomized controlled trials of yangxin decoction plus reduction in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris published in databases such as Pubmed,Google schloar,Cochrane clinical trial,CNKI,Wanfang Date,etc.from 2009-2020 based on key words.The literature was collected and screened by the author,and the Review Manager5.3 statistical software was used for Meta analysis.Results: a total of 2688 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)were included in 31 articles,including 1357 patients in the treatment group and1331 patients in the control group.The results of meta-analysis showed that:1.Effective rate of angina pectoris: yangxin decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment can improve the curative effect of heart twisting in patients OR=3.33,95%CI [2.57,4.32],P< 0.00001.2.Improvement rate of ecg efficacy: yangxin decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment was better than the control group OR=2.55,95 CI [1.98,3.28],P<0.000013.TCM syndrome efficacy: yangxin decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment was better than the control group OR=3.93,95CI[2.10,7.36],P<0.0001.4.TCM syndrome score: yangxin decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment was superior to the control group MD=-4.11,95%CI [-5.83,-2.39],P<0.00001.5.Stopping rate of nitroglycerin: the routine treatment of yangxin decoction combined with western medicine was better than the control group OR=2.03,95%CI [0.92,4.48],P=0.08<0.1.6.Blood lipid: yangxin decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment was better than the control group,with serum total cholesterol(TC)MD=-1.12,95%CI [-1.30,-0.93],P<0.00001.Triglyceride(TG)MD=-0.55,95%CI [-0.80,-0.31],P<0.0001.Low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)MD=-0.40,95%CI [-0.55,-0.26],P=<0.00001.High-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)MD=0.23,95%CI [0.05,0.42],P=0.01<0.1.7.Hyper sensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP): yangxin decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment was better than the control group MD=-1.54,95%CI [-2.49,-0.60],P=0.001<0.1.8.Tumor necrosis factor(TNF-?): yangxin decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment was superior to the control group MD=-10.61,95%CI[-17.69,-3.53],P=0.003<0.1.9.Whole blood viscosity(eta)b: yangxin soup decoction combined conventional western medicine treatment is better than the control group MD=-1.15,95% CI(-1.66,-0.63),P < 0.0001).Conclusion: compared with western medicine treatment alone,yangxin decoction combined with western medicine routine treatment can improve the effect of angina pectoris,electrocardiogram effect,TCM syndrome effect,TCM syndrome score,nitroglycerin stop reduction rate,blood lipid,hs-CRP,TNF-? and other aspects of whole blood viscosity in patients with coronary heart disease.
