Research On The Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Liaoning Animal Husbandry Under The Background Of Economic Dual Circulatio

Animal husbandry is an important component of agriculture,and the animal derived food that humans need comes from animal husbandry production.As a major province in animal husbandry in China,Liaoning Province’s healthy and sustainable development has a significant impact on the development of animal husbandry in China.Under the new development pattern of dual circulation of domestic and international economy,the animal husbandry industry in Liaoning Province needs to seek high-quality and sustainable development through a new development pattern,solve the existing problems in development,such as breeding problems,production equipment defects,processing industry and industrial chain,in order to achieve the major development goal of leaping from a major province in animal husbandry to a strong province.The new economic development pattern has put forward higher requirements for the development of animal husbandry in Liaoning Province,making it face more opportunities and challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the factors that affect the development of animal husbandry under the dual economic cycle.In this context,this article starts from analyzing the current development status of animal husbandry in Liaoning Province,exploring the changes and influencing factors of animal husbandry production in Liaoning Province from 2013 to 2019,and proposing reasonable suggestions for future animal husbandry production in Liaoning Province based on the current economic dual cycle form,domestic and international animal husbandry production and consumption situation.This study used the Tobit model as the main method,supplemented by DEA model and Malmquist index,to analyze the factors affecting livestock production in various cities in Liaoning Province from four perspectives: import and export quota,per capita disposable quota,fiscal expenditure,and freight volume.During the research period,it was found that the overall livestock production in Liaoning Province is showing an upward trend,but there are still certain regional differences.The Tobit model was used to calculate parameters and empirically study the influencing factors on the development of animal husbandry in Liaoning,and to deduce the future direction.In the context of dual economic cycles,the government has improved price issues through macroeconomic regulation,and enterprises can actively change their operational direction and be more willing to participate in the development of animal husbandry.At the same time,the issue of animal husbandry is slowly changing,and the structure of animal husbandry production is gradually gaining scale with technological progress.Therefore,the government should continue to increase investment in science and technology to promote technological progress in animal husbandry production.Based on the above research,the author proposes the following issues:(1)issues with ecological and large-scale aquaculture,(2)insufficient production equipment in animal husbandry,(3)imperfect animal product processing industry and supply chain,and(4)insufficient government support.Then,by drawing on the development of animal husbandry in other regions of the economic dual circulation model and the development experience of developed animal husbandry countries and regions abroad,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:(1)develop large-scale and ecological animal husbandry,(2)transform animal husbandry production equipment,(3)strengthen the development of animal product processing industry,(4)actively participate in the government-scientific and technological support,investment attraction,and so on,In addition,the research results of this article can provide important reference for the modernization,transformation and development of China’s animal husbandry,as well as technical and policy support for animal husbandry producers.In the future,we will continue to delve into the influencing factors of animal husbandry production under the background of dual economic cycles,and make greater contributions to the modernization of China’s animal husbandry.
