Study On Countermeasures Of Straw Energy-oriented Utilisaiton In Liaoning Province

China is one of the world’s biggest straw producers. With the development of agriculturalcomprehensive productivity, the output of straw kept increasing. But the territorial shortages ofstraw resource still exist in China. The environment pollution and resource wastes from strawburning are caused by a relative surplus of different phases, different areas and different strawswhich is due to the high cost of straw multiple utilization, poor efficiency and low degree ofindustrialization. The present paper analyzed the status and the development of straw energyutilization in Liaoning province and finally gave a strategy and suggestion on it.The combinations of investigation and document research, contrastive analysis and summary ofexperiences, summary and logical deduction are used in this article. From the basic requirement ofadaption to China’s sustainable development and new rural reconstruction, the basic solution ofgeneralization of energy utilization in rural areas of straw is found.It could be seen from the analysis of districts survey and utilization of straw energy in Liaoningprovince that the amount of physical resources of straw in2012is31.958million t, the energyutilization is13million t, with the standard of6.8million t, which is4%of the energy consumptionin the whole province in2010. Straw resource is the most reliable resource of energy production,consumption structure adjustment, and energy dependence on the import decrease in Liaoningprovince. At present, the utilization of straw in agricultural production in Liaoning provinceincludes: mechanical disintegration of straw, anaerobic digestion of straw, straw corrosiontechnique, exploitation and utilization of renewable straw energy and straw utilized as materials inindustry. The main techniques are as follows: Stalk-fired and gasification power generationtechnology, solidification technology of biomass, Central Gas technology with straw, technology ofproduction of fuel ethanol from straw, biomass liquefaction technology and marsh gas fermentationtechnology. There are still problems in the utilization of straw in Liaoning Province which includesthe cognitive deficiency in the comprehensive utilization of straw, the shortage of encouragementpolicies, economic techniques and equipments.According to the research and utilization of foreign countries and the real situation of Liaoningprovince, the countermeasure of straw energy utilization in Liaoning province are：strengthenresearch and development capabilities in order to provide technical support for straw energyutilization, the governments should solve the contradiction between the-front cost and long-termgains, policies and laws should be made to improve the spread of straw comprehensive utilization，Industrialization cultivation should be done, strength the unit division management anddemonstration.I believe that with the attention and investment of the government and society, there would betremendous development in the straw comprehensive utilization of Liaoning province.
