Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing number of global population,the demand for water resources is also growing.Facing the limited water resources,how to use water resources rationally has become a key issue today,and nowadays,along with the combination of Internet of Things,mobile Internet,big data,intelligent AI technology and various industries,IOT technology has been well promoted in agriculture,which accelerates the application of intelligent water-saving irrigation in modern agriculture.In this paper,we study the irrigation system of potato in big field based on intelligent electric ball valve technology,which realizes the collection,storage,reporting and control of environmental factors in potato big field.This thesis takes big field potatoes as an example and designs an intelligent electric ball valve as the control terminal,through the opening and closing of the electric ball valve,to carry out precise control of water quantity,so as to achieve the purpose of water saving.This paper mainly carries out the following work elements.We visited potato fields and reviewed relevant literature to understand the forms of potato cultivation and the main ways of irrigation,communicated and exchanged the main problems in the irrigation process,the main technical requirements for the irrigation system,and had in-depth communication with potato cultivation experts and established software and hardware design solutions.According to the demand analysis and feasibility analysis of the system,the selection of irrigation hardware devices,including the selection of temperature and humidity sensors,the selection of electric ball valves,and the selection of drip irrigation nozzles.According to the overall discussion plan developed and the application environment of the field,a hybrid mode of LORA+4G was used to achieve device-to-device and device-to-platform communication.Optimization of the limit learning machine using particle swarm algorithm to predict evapotranspiration of potato moisture by the improved PSO-SELM algorithm.Optimization of the limit learning machine using particle swarm algorithm to predict the evapotranspiration of potato moisture by the improved PSO-SELM algorithm.The system test results show that the environmental factor collection is basically accurate,the signal transmission is stable,and the system can drive the electric ball valve to complete intelligent irrigation according to the water demand of potatoes in the field,and irrigate at regular intervals.
