The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the need to achieve high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas,proposes the guiding principles of prioritizing the development of agriculture and rural areas,consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation,and accelerating the construction of a modern agricultural power.With the application and popularization of information technology,the application of modern science and technology in agricultural production is becoming increasingly widespread and deepening,providing a new opportunity to achieve comprehensive upgrading of agricultural production.Digital empowerment is steadily exerting its economic driving role in this area,providing strong support for the increase of income in the national agricultural economy.Lin’an District is an advantageous area for agricultural products with Chinese characteristics.Based on the current situation,it fully relies on information agriculture technology to promote the development of modern agriculture,and steadily improves the agricultural economy by applying the cutting-edge technology.This has a very positive significance for accelerating the construction of new rural areas,which is conducive to strengthening the traditional agricultural economy and promoting the development of agriculture in Lin’an District towards digitization.On the basis of consulting and researching a large amount of relevant materials on the design and development of agricultural digital platforms at home and abroad,in response to the problems of low promotion,weak practicality,and high difficulty in implementation of existing agricultural digital platforms,the advantages and experiences of existing digital agricultural platforms were absorbed,and the structural composition and operational status of the agricultural economy in Lin’an District were mainly understood,Design the overall architecture and main functional modules of the digital agriculture platform.The digital agricultural platform designed in this study adopts an MVC architecture design,which perfectly optimizes the dependency relationships at different levels of the system.It is designed and developed based on the J2 EE platform,and has perfect functions for easy maintenance and upgrading in the later stage.The use of SQL databases provides a complete data system that facilitates data invocation and processing.At the same time,innovative and comprehensive use of Io T platforms,big data support,cloud technology,and artificial intelligence and other high-tech will be carried out to upgrade and transform the traditional agricultural planting,production,and sales industry chain in all aspects,creating a new and multi-dimensional industrial chain.The digital agriculture platform in Lin’an District adopts an eclipse development environment,and the scientific integration of Java based J2 EE platform and SQL database has achieved a complete design plan.The expected testing and effectiveness of the system can meet the basic needs of different user groups,and has strong practicality.It can effectively promote the transformation of agriculture in Lin’an District towards digitization and promote the high-quality development of agriculture in Lin’an District.
