| Heilongjiang,an important food crop in Heilongjiang,is an important food crop in Heilongjiang.Rice seedling cultivation in our province usually adopts shed operation,the advantage is to solve the problem of insufficient temperature accumulation,the flat stage before the rice tray is currently mostly using cymbals,snow shovels and rollers and other traditional methods of artificial leveling,the flat effect is poor,the flat land efficiency is low and the flatness in the greenhouse cannot be guaranteed.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy of seedbed leveling in standardized seedling greenhouses,a working device of rice seedbed grader with double rotating blade structure was studied,and the key components were designed and theoretically analyzed,the key components were simulated by ANSYA Workbench software,simulation tests were carried out by EDEM software,and the actual shed test was verified.The main research work is as follows:(1)The physical characteristics of seedbed soil were measured by soil classification,moisture content,bulk density,soil friction angle,friction coefficient and accumulation angle tests,and the secondary orthogonal rotation combination simulation test was carried out according to the measured soil accumulation angle,and the contact parameters of seedbed soil were calibrated.(2)According to the standard requirements of the rice straw shed and the basic size of the greenhouse,the overall structure of the working device of the rotary seedbed grader is designed,the force of the scraper during the operation is analyzed,the motion trajectory of the scraper is analyzed,the speed expression of any point on the rotating blade is calculated,and the torque of the reducer in the transmission system is analyzed.The static analysis and modal analysis of the scraper were carried out,and the stress distribution and deformation distribution of the scraper in the actual operation process and the modal analysis of the first 6 modes were obtained,which verified the rationality of the scraper structure.(3)Taking flatness and power as performance detection indicators,taking locomotive forward speed,rotary shaft speed and rotating blade angle as test factors,using UG12.0 software to draw a three-dimensional model of the scraper,with the help of EDEM discrete element software,a single-factor and three-factor five-level orthogonal rotation combination simulation test was carried out,and the optimal operating parameter combination of the seedbed grader working device was obtained by analyzing the test data: the locomotive forward speed was 0.7m/s,the rotation shaft speed was 162r/min,The angle of rotation of the blade is 32°.(4)After completing the prototype construction of the working device of the rotary seedbed grader,the field test was carried out in the rice standardized seedling greenhouse,and the test data before and after the leveling were processed and compared by Matlab software,the results showed that the maximum elevation difference of the seedbed surface decreased from 15.8cm to 4.7cm after operation,the standard deviation value of the relative elevation of the ground decreased from3.95 cm to 0.98 cm,and the absolute difference after operation accounted for 92% of the measurement points less than 1.5cm,which significantly improved the accuracy of seedbed leveling,improve the bed surface flatness,to meet the local shed seedling bed requirements. |
