Oilseed rape is one of the most important oil and economic crops in our country and is an important edible oil and feed source.Production,learning,research,storage,addition,and selling are important links in the development of the rape whole industry chain,and rapeseed viability and quality are important inspection indicators.Seed viability influences seed seeding quality.Rapeseed quality affects edible oil quality and cake meal quality.In addition to the variety itself factors,storage,processing and other links also affect the quality of rape products,for example,rapeseed germination,mold,insect erosion and heat treatment can cause quality changes.The results of related studies show that rapeseed has low thousand grain weight,high fat content,complex fatty acid composition,and unique reaction characteristics to microwave.Microwave treatment is the healthiest,greener,and most efficient pretreatment method for rapeseed processing.The effect of microwave treatment on seed viability in oilseed rape has been less reported.This study selected three experimental materials to study the changes in rapeseed vitality and quality indicators under different microwave treatment times and powers.The aim is to find treatment measures that have no negative impact on seed vitality and rapeseed quality,solve the problems faced by the rapeseed processing industry such as low quality,high energy consumption,and low resource utilization,and provide reference for improving the quality and efficiency of rapeseed cultivation and rapeseed processing.The main research findings are as follows:The research results on germination rate,germination potential,germination index,normal seedling rate,and electrical conductivity show that under the same power microwave treatment,the changes in the three test materials are consistent.Each indicator has a decreasing trend in germination rate,germination potential,germination index,normal seedling rate,and electrical conductivity with an increase in microwave power treatment time.The seed vitality was highest after 140 w treatment.Microwave treatment has an impact on the quality of rapeseed.Under microwave treatment of 700 w for 15 minutes,the oil content of the three test materials was the highest.Under the treatment level of 140 w,the erucic acid content of the three test materials decreased with the increase of treatment time.Microwave treatment cannot reduce the content of glucosinolates,as it generally increases the content.Microwave treatment has the effect of increasing protein content,with the highest protein content observed at a microwave treatment level of 700 w for 15 minutes.Under the treatment level of 140 w 3min,the saturated fatty acid content of the three test materials decreased,and under long-term high-power microwave treatment,the saturated fatty acid content increased compared to CK.Microwave treatment has a significant effect on the unsaturated fat acids(oleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid,erucic acid,etc.)in rapeseed.Long term and high-power microwave treatment can increase the oleic acid content of rapeseed.Under the microwave treatment level of 700 w and 15 min,the oleic acid content of the three test materials increased the most compared to CK.The trend of linoleic acid change is opposite to that of oleic acid.The longer the microwave treatment time,the higher the power,and the lower the linoleic acid content.Under 140 w microwave power treatment,the linolenic acid content in ZB01 and F1200 can be increased,but the linolenic acid content in Dexin Oil 59 cannot be increased.The germination rates of 280w17 min,420w3min,560w3 min,and 700w1 min are0,which can be used as the lowest level for microwave lethal treatment.Under these four treatment levels,there were changes in the oil content,erucic acid content,and glucosinolate content of rapeseed.
