Microwave Process Of Rapeseed As Feed Ingredient

Microwave technique was used to processing rapeseed in order to obtaining detoxin and dehulled in this thesis ,which microwave effect was mostly studied to toxin and nutrition.Application of dehulled rapeseed was studied in the feedstuff.In the single factor experiments,the effects of some factors,which include the power of microwave,the time of microwave and the consistence of sodium chloride was studied to detoxin and demolishing of nutrition on rapeseed.According to these result,the perpendicular experiments are designed.The most optimal process condition is as follows: the power of microwave 900w, the time of microwave 1 min, the consistence of sodium chloride 10%. The temporality demolishing of nutrition are in the acceptable scope, under the optical conditions the glucosinolates removal efficiency amounts to 56.32%, protein solubility 68.18%,content effective lysine 1.255%.It can been seen from the Infra-red spectrometris that the peak of trans fatty acid is not distinctness.This indicate that microwave process is no effect to rapeseed's quality.After microwave processing at power of 900W and 90S, acide value was from 1.46 mg/g to 1.56 mg/g,iodine value from 93.29 to 118.70, peroxide value from 21,43mmol/kg to 26.19mmol/kg. Storage test showed that: the acide value, iodine value and peroxide value of rapeseed without microwave processing was 1.61 mg/g, 88.90, 32.72 mmol/kg, the same indexes of rapeseed with microwave processing was 2.07 mg/g, 99.5, 34.28 mmol/kg.The decortication process in rapeseed indicated that: after microwave processing, coat and kernel could be better detached by rolling, the detach ration reached 100% excepting few immature particle. The appropriate manufacturing process should be: screening, pre-processing, microwave, rolling, winnowing. The least wind speed is Vf=6.49m/s in the aclinic airflow.The application experiments showed that: dehulled and detoxication rapeseed replace oil by added into feed and then pelleted, the particle surface smoothness, color, hardness, mixing homogeneity, and percentage of powdered pellets were both better than those made by all adding oil group.
