At present,the conventional rice pot raising and mechanical transplanting of hybrid rice has problems such as large sowing amount,poor quality of seedlings,and low subsequent yield,which are the main factors restricting the production and development of mechanically transplanted hybrid rice.In view of the above problems,this study carried out the mechanical transplanting technology of hybrid rice cutting seedlings,thinning and dense planting.Mechanical transplanting requirements,and at the same time develop a matching rice transplanter for the mechanized transplanting of rice thinning and dense transplanting.In this paper,the response mechanism and model of fresh maize growth under the coupled environment of Hainan Province Natural Science Foundation-Red loam soil water,fertilizer and gas(322MS118),the characteristics and mechanism of substrate-covered no-tillage seeding to regulate oxygen in the red soil plough layer(322QN375)and China Tropical Agriculture Relying on the innovation team project of the Academy of Sciences(19CXTD-31),the main research results are as follows:(1)When the cultivation and sowing rate of Guangdong silk seedlings is 80 g in 1 leaf and 1core,liquid fertilizer is added for 18 days after cutting the seedlings.The root system of the rice seedlings is the most developed and the stalk width is not easy to lodging.The seedling effect of the breeding group combined with the transplanting size of 30cm*6cm had the best overall performance.(2)In order to realize the mechanized transplanting of rice thinning and dense transplanting,this paper develops a prototype of an electric-driven traction rice transplanter,which is retrofitted and electrified for the independent riding rice transplanter.The main and auxiliary platform traction rice transplanter is proposed.Move the planting design in the field and select the required components.Use the software to perform static analysis on the 3D model of the bearing platform and carriage to verify that the structural strength and design meet the requirements.(3)Use the prototype of the traction rice transplanter as the test platform to carry out the field mechanical dense planting test to verify the working performance of the traction platform,the towed rice transplanter and the automatic control device.A multi-factor experiment was carried out with the plant spacing,missed transplanting rate and root injury rate as the evaluation indicators.The results showed that the best working parameters of the traction rice transplanter were.The traction speed of the mobile traction platform is selected as 0.4m/s,the transplanting specification is 30 cm in row spacing,6cm in plant spacing,and 25 mm in transplanting depth to meet the requirements for mechanized and dense field transplanting of rice sparse seedlings.Insert quality standards. |
