Vibration is the common key problem of the running stability and safety of rotating machinery.As a large rotating machinery,the vibration inducement of hydro-generator unit involves mechanical,electromagnetic and hydraulic factors.Although many efforts have been made in theoretical research and equipment manufacturing,however,due to the interactive influence of many factors such as manufacturing,installation and operating environment,the stability and safety problems of vibration induced operation still exist in actual operation of hydro-generator unit.From the perspective of engineering,this paper analyzes and studies the regulation,protection configuration and action strategy,correlation analysis and early warning of shafting vibration of hydrogenerator unit,as well as the vibration problem of turbine top cover,including the following four aspects:(1)The vibration control measures of the unit mainly include balancing weight of the generator rotor to eliminate the mechanical unbalance force,adjusting the roundness of the generator rotor to eliminate the electromagnetic unbalance force,and the pendulum control measures of the unit mainly include the adjustment of the unit axis and the adjustment of the bushing clearance.In this paper,the correlation of factors affecting vibration and wobble degree of unit is briefly analyzed,the specific adjustment methods are elaborated,and the effect of control measures is verified by unit stability test.(2)The main inducement of turbine top cover vibration are hydraulic vibration,installation technology,the top cover itself rigid strength.The vibration control measures of the unit top cover are mainly the stiffness reinforcement of the turbine top cover and the increase of horizontal and radial rigid support.The control measures are verified by the method of stiffness calculation and unit stability test.Through unit stability test,the load range of unit prohibited operation area,restricted operation area and stable operation area is defined.(3)Vibration and pendulum protection system is an important protection device for the safe and stable operation of the unit.In this paper,the equipment configuration requirements,setting principle of fixed value,jump-off logic and delay configuration requirements of the vibration and pendulum protection system are described in detail.Two levels of primary alarm and secondary alarm can be set for vibration and pendulum protection setting.The principle of setting vibration stop value is that the vibration of two or more parts of the unit reaches the secondary alarm and keeps a certain delay.(4)The application of industrial Internet equipment intelligent analysis system can better carry out the unit stability correlation analysis.In this paper,the algorithm configuration requirements of intelligent analysis system of industrial Internet equipment and the 3D model configuration principle of equipment characteristic value are described in detail,and the mechanism of unit fault algorithm is analyzed in detail,so as to realize the early warning of the deterioration of equipment running state.
