With the rapid economic development in the 21 st century,group enterprises have sprung up like mushrooms.For example,Yunnan Baiyao,China Vanke,Kweichow Moutai,Yibin Wuliangye,etc.are all large group enterprises worth hundreds of billions in the world.These large group companies have numerous employees,complex organizational structures,and subsidiaries covering all parts of the country.It is precisely due to this large-scale expansion that group enterprises may not achieve their fundamental goals due to inadequate supervision,which may lead to the dispersion of group funds,damage to group interests,loss of group assets,and distortion of financial information.Financial control can achieve the above goals to a certain extent,so more and more large-scale enterprises realize the importance of financial control.This article uses literature research,case analysis,and on-site investigation methods to study LW Group,aiming to deeply explore the optimization of its financial control mode.Combining with the development history of LW Group,it focuses on exploring that after LW Group went public,the existing decentralized financial control mode no longer meets the development level of the group company.Through on-site investigation of LW Group and analysis of the influencing factors inside and outside LW Group,it is concluded that it is necessary and urgent for LW Group’s financial control model to develop towards a balanced financial control model.Then,the current status of LW Group in budget management,fund management,operational capability control,performance evaluation,financial informatization,and other aspects is analyzed,and implementation plans for improvement are proposed to address the existing problems in the above areas.Finally,in order to implement these plans,LW Group needs to provide sufficient guarantees in terms of corporate culture,professional talents,financial systems,etc.,to ensure the smooth transition of financial control mode from decentralized to balanced.Therefore,this article has great practical significance for establishing a reasonable and effective financial control model for large group companies that are developing rapidly.
