| Yangliuqing New Year Pictures are an important part of Chinese traditional folk art.It is a unique school of New Year pictures formed according to public aesthetics and folk customs.It embodies people’s yearning and pursuit of a better life at that time and reflects the simple wishes of the masses at that time.In the visual language,it not only inherits the elegance of the palace painting,but also combines with the folk painting style to form an artistic style that is both elegant and popular.Due to its wide range of creative themes and printmaking techniques,Yangliuqing New Year Picture is closely related to illustration.Through the analysis and induction of its visual language,this paper applies it to contemporary illustration creation,which not only enables contemporary illustrations to better use this traditional folk art to enrich visual language and add cultural connotation.It can also allow Yang Liu youth painting to gain more space for extension through a variety of expression techniques of contemporary illustration..Starting from the development history of Yang Liu’s youth painting and illustration,this paper sorts out the historical origin of the development of the two based on printmaking,and summarizes the specific characteristics and formation reasons of the visual language of Yang Liu Qing New Year painting through a specific analysis.Based on the perspective of illustration creation,this paper deeply analyzes its visual language,and creatively applies it in illustration creation,and analyzes the advantages of using the visual language of Yang Liu youth painting to illustration.Secondly,combined with the new characteristics of contemporary illustration creation,it shows the new possibilities of the visual language of Yang Liu’s youth painting in contemporary illustration.Finally,through the combination of realistic events and surreal imagination in the graduation creation,Yangliuqing New Year Painting,a traditional Chinese folk art,takes on a new look in contemporary illustration.New themes and new ways of creation are used to sustain its vitality,and the theory is further verified in the process of concrete practice. |
