Research On The Colloquial Words Of Three Kinds Of Lingnan Miscellaneous Literatures From Qing Dynasty To The Republic Of China

Miscellaneous literatures are literacy textbook for traditional civil society.Its main function is literacy enlightenment,and at the same time,it also imparts content such as ideology and morality,life experience,knowledge and skills,widely circulated in ancient China.The Lingnan miscellaneous literature from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China truly reflects the social life,customs and culture,life attitude and other aspects of the people in the Lingnan region during that period,which is an extremely valuable literary language material.However,some of the colloquial words are difficult to obscure,which brings a lot of inconvenience to reading and combing through the literature.Therefore,this paper uses Chu xue guan hua(初学官话),Dong yuan za zi da quan(东园杂字大全)and Zi xue liang zhi(字学良知)as the main research corpus.Simultaneously,taking other kinds of Lingnan miscellaneous literatures as reference materials,it makes a detailed description and research on folk characters and colloquial words that are not found in dictionaries.The main research contents of this paper includes: firstly,introducing the richness and uniqueness of the phonetics,characters and vocabulary of the Lingnan miscellaneous literatures.Clarifying the reasons for choosing the topic,value of the research,main research subjects and summarizing the language of the miscellaneous characters in the literature of the former research results at the textual level.Secondly,comprehensively exploring the compilation style of Lingnan miscellaneous literatures.On the one hand,scientifically explaining and defining "miscellaneous literatures",and elaborating its historical development.On the other hand,from the perspective of lexicography and lexicology,this paper examines the closing characteristics,arrangement and inadequacies of Lingnan miscellaneous literatures as a whole.Thridly,using the methods of attribution analogy,characters evidence and literatures research to study the folk characters and colloquial words in the three kinds of Lingnan miscellaneous literatures.The research of folk characters,starts from the perspective of "exploring meaning",and classifies and identifies the corrupted folk words,changed folk words,and newly created words that are not included in the dictionaries or whose pronunciation and meaning are unknown.And the part of colloquial words,this paper focuses on 54 colloquial words with research significance,and from the perspective of "multiple graphs-single word",it adopts a combination of synchronicity and diachronism to investigate and explore the morphological changes of colloquial words.
