Investigation And Research On Red Cultural Relics Protected Units In Tongzi County,Guizhou Province

During the Long March,Tongzi County,Guizhou province,due to its location in the key road and abundant resources,made outstanding contributions to the Central Red Army’s entrance into Zunyi,replenment of troops and provision of material support.a series of military and political revolutionary activities carried out by the Red Army in Tongzi also left a rich red cultural heritage for the local people: There are a total of 12 red cultural relic protection units in four categories,including battle sites,former revolutionary stations,sites of major events,and memorial sites.By analyzing the materials of 12 red cultural relics protection units in Tongzi County,this paper sorts out their basic characteristics,protection level,type proportion and spatial distribution,and then discusses the effectiveness and connotation value of the management of red cultural relics protection units,analyzes the red spirit behind them,and then bases on the existing problems and causes of the red cultural relics protection units.Put forward the practical solution such as multi-way utilization.This paper is composed of four chapters.The first chapter expounds the basic situation of Tongzi County and its cultural relics from three aspects,namely the history of construction,geographical environment and cultural relics overview,and introduces the historical background of red resources in Tongzi County from four aspects,namely the Zunyi Meeting,the four crossing of Chishui,the establishment of political power and the replenishment of the Long March.The second chapter elaborates on the status quo of red cultural relics protection units from four types,such as battle sites,revolutionary stations,major events,and memorial sites,and draws a conclusion that red cultural relics protection units have a combination of Chinese and Western architectural artistic style,multiple utilization methods and other characteristics.The third chapter summarizes the achievements made by the administrative department of cultural relics protection in Tongzi County in promoting the "four features" work and restoration work.For example,the protection scope and construction control zone are delimited,basic information and restoration are also recorded,and the historical value contained in the red cultural relics protection units is further dug.This paper holds that the red culture behind the protection units of red cultural relics plays a spiritual guiding role in the construction of rural civilization and fashion.At the same time,the creation of children’s nursery rhymes and red stories with the connotation of red culture has also been introduced into primary and secondary schools and communities,and the red spiritual ideological and political education has enriched the spiritual pedigree of communists and revolutionary masses.The fourth chapter analyzes the current situation of the cultural relics itself,the chaos of the surrounding environment and the flaws in the management,and thinks that the main reasons are the low utilization rate of the red cultural relics protection units,the lack of local laws and regulations,and the imperfect management system.Combining the reality of Tongzi and the successful ways of learning from the work of other places’ red cultural preservation units,this paper puts forward that building memorial hall,exhibition hall,Long March national cultural park and patriotic education base are all effective ways to build the red cultural and historical space.At the same time,red tourism is taken as the theme.Form a comprehensive tourism product combining red and green,red agriculture and red special to feed the long-term development of cultural relics protection.
