Study On Characteristic Villages Of Yi Ethnic Group In Bandi Village,Wumeng Mountain Area

Ethnic minority villages carry the history,culture and resources of this land,and provide living space for people living on this land.Therefore,by protecting,inheriting and developing the excellent culture of ethnic minorities,we can ensure that the ethnic characteristics and ethnic spirit within the ethnic groups are carried forward.By maintaining the cultural bond,we can promote the exchanges among ethnic groups and thus strengthen the ethnic unity.As the key research target of ethnology,anthropology,sociology and other disciplines,the correct understanding of ethnic minority villages help to understand the historical logic and cultural value of ethnic minority villages in China.In 2009,the General Office of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on the Pilot Work of the Protection and Development of Ethnic Minority Villages,which further emphasized and developed ethnic minority villages.Bandi,as one of the first ethnic minority villages,has rich cultural resources and a long cultural history.Relying on the unique culture of the village,Bandi villagers use their own experience and wisdom to make the land better and better,but also make themselves more closely connected with the land.This paper starts from the trend of characteristic resources in Bandi village,discusses the development status of characteristic resources and in this process,how many parties work together to make Bandi go out of its own way,and whether the experience of Bandi can be replicated in other places.The first chapter introduces the basic situation of the field point,located in Weining County Bandi village,has a long history and rich cultural resources.The second chapter introduces the characteristic resources of Bandi,where the ancient Yi ethnic group lives,thus giving birth to many unique cultures of Yi ethnic group,such as mysterious Tuitaiji,grand torch Festival,cheerful songs and dances,unique food culture and so on.The third chapter describes the protection measures for the characteristics of the bottom of the board from three levels of government,society and villagers.The government repairs infrastructure and supports the development of local culture and tourism.The society introduces social funds and provides talent support;Residents actively participate and integrate culture into their lives.The fourth chapter summarizes the experience of Bandi ethnic minority village construction from the content of the third chapter.Government policy support to attract investment;Social investment in capital and talents;Residents should raise their sense of ownership and actively participate in the construction of the bottom of the board.Through the research on the development and construction of the characteristic culture of the bottom of the board,the charm of the local characteristic culture is shown.In the process of construction,how to protect and develop the local characteristics at all levels,how to improve the cultural confidence of local villagers through the local characteristic culture,and how to work together to build the charm of the bottom of the board are also shown.
