| In the narrative research of documentaries,apart from time narration,space narration also plays an extremely important role in the creation of documentaries.Rural space,as an important narrative carrier of rural documentaries in the new era,carries the daily life and stories of villagers.Based on the theory of spatial narratology,this paper discusses the development status and spatial narrative theory of rural documentaries in the new era,and studies the spatial form,spatial narrative function and social value of rural documentaries in the new era.In the spatial form of documentary about countryside in the new era,the natural landscape space in the physical space highlights the new look of harmonious countryside in the new era,the rural ecological environment has been improved,and the rural production tools have built the cultural space of traditional villages in the new era.The social space shows the harmonious interpersonal relationship of the countryside in the new era,and embodies the modernization of the coordination of material civilization and spiritual civilization;Spiritual space enhances the spirit of rural farmers in the new era.By shaping characters’ images in space,spatial narrative can better demonstrate the identity of characters,and spatial narrative structure can enhance narrative tension and reflect spatial narrative consciousness.Rural documentaries in the new era use more audio-visual elements to render rural space.Through the analysis of spatial narrative value,the resonance of group emotion is established,and the expressive function and cultural value of spatial narrative are strengthened.These studies provide theoretical and practical reference value for the creators of film and television documentaries to tell the story of Chinese countryside. |
