Speculation And Design Application Research Of "Gender Data" Visualization

Many aspects of social life today still retain traditional gender roles,and the data used in the design field has always focused on male sexuality as a reference point,and female sexuality seems to have fallen into the category of "atypical",was gradually eliminated.This leads to bias in gender data collection.At the same time,in today’s society,which is emptied by business logic and consumption myths,gender data differences in design do not seem to have received attention,which has caused some designs to gradually fail to keep up with social development trends.If the design continues to use the solidified gender cognition,it will inevitably have the shortcomings of "seeing the leopard through the tube".We urgently need to reflect and improve the existing design dogma to adapt to the development trend of the times.The study aims to specify the design through data visualization,and "Affirmative Design": a design of strengthening the status quo-" Reflection,challenging narrow preconception,questioning the right to speak.As stated in "Surprising everything":"Design can generate a action steering,that is,the future that simulates the reality and its possibility through the form of materialization and experience." This "dual theory of dual theory that has long-been solidified and solidified long-term poor design" binary theory "boundary.Based on this,this article introduces the status quo of gender data gaps and gender data;secondly,combined with the current research and practice of gender data,the application method of visualization in speculative design is summarized;finally Starting to predict,stimulate people’s re-thinking about the gap between gender data,break the design inertia brought by gender blindness,and reshape more tolerance and more humanistic design concepts.
