Research On Artistic Aesthetic Thought Of Ouyang Yuqian

Mr.Ouyang Yuqian,a modern Chinese artist and drama educator,has made outstanding achievements in drama,film,dance and art education.In his long-term artistic practice,he seriously thought about the relationship between art and artists,society and audiences,and formed a relatively complete system of artistic aesthetics.Under the background of cultural diversity and openness,Ouyang Yuqian’s artistic aesthetic thought still has guiding significance for contemporary artistic creation,and also has a reference value that cannot be ignored for the construction of contemporary art.Based on the analysis of Ouyang Yuqian’s artistic creation,theoretical works and practical activities,this paper studies and discusses Ouyang Yuqian’s artistic aesthetic thought from three aspects: art and artist,art and society,art and audience,and tries to explore its characteristics and significance.This paper is divided into five chapters in structure.The first chapter discusses the formation of Ouyang Yuqian’s artistic aesthetic thought,reviews his artistic life and summarizes the foundation and reasons of his artistic aesthetic thought.Family education and the experience of studying in Japan had a profound influence on the formation of Ouyang Yuqian’s artistic aesthetic thoughts,which laid the foundation for his later artistic creation to speak for the public and the aesthetic concept emphasizing the social function of art.He went to Europe for many times to watch and learn acting and film making,which enriched his artistic experience and skills,and provided impetus for his multi-dimensional artistic aesthetic thinking.The second chapter analyzes Ouyang Yuqian’s understanding of the relationship between art and artists based on his artistic texts and practical activities.First,Ouyang Yuqian affirming that artists are the pioneers of human beings and are in an important position to guide the society to awaken human beings.Second,Ouyang Yuqian pays special attention to emotion,creative attitude and artistic expression in the process of artistic creation.Third,Ouyang Yuqian discusses genius and hard work,thinking that genius is important,but also acquired stupidity and hard work are indispensable.The third chapter discusses Ouyang Yuqian’s understanding of the relationship between art and society.First,he believes that art is the reflection of society,and art cannot be separated from the progressive society.Second,he believed that art should stand in front of society,advocated the creation of realistic themes,and actively explored how to balance the relationship between artistic value and commercial value.The fourth chapter discusses Ouyang Yuqian’s thinking on the relationship between art and audience.Audience is an important component of artistic activities.First,art influences audience,nourishes their spirit,expands their vision and leads their realm.Secondly,the needs of the audience react to art,art takes root in the audience to learn from the audience,the audience’s criticism is the nourishment of art development;Third,engaging in art is engaging in education.Ouyang Yuqian pays attention to cultivating artistic talents from professional skills and cultural cultivation.The fifth chapter explains the characteristics and contemporary enlightenment of Ouyang Yuqian’s artistic aesthetic thought.Ouyang Yuqian’s artistic aesthetic thought has the characteristics of coming from practice,emphasizing the social function of art and combining the truth,the good and the beautiful,but it ignores the attention to the artistic aesthetic form to a certain extent and has the limitation of The Times.The review of Ouyang Yuqian’s aesthetic thoughts has certain practical significance for the current artistic creation and the construction of art disciplines.
