Research On Ouyang Yuqian's Dramatic Art Thought (Chunliu Period - Early Founding Of The People's Republic Of China)

Ouyang Yuqian(1889-1962)was a famous dramatist in the history of modern Chinese drama.Tian Han once said,"Ouyang Yuqian itself is a typical golden bridge between traditional Chinese opera and modern drama.Therefore,we should study Ouyang Yuqian’s dramatic art thought comprehensively and deeply.First of all,it is necessary to combine its theory with practice,and discuss its meaning in the comparison between the two.Ouyang Yuqian’s drama theory comes from pure theoretical discussion with little interest,and most of them are the summary of the real drama or the guiding outline of the current drama practice.Therefore,his theory is closely combined with the practical practice.Secondly,it is necessary to discuss its main contribution to modern drama from the perspective of guiding performance and drama activities.Thirdly,we should discuss the starting point and end-result of his theory and creation in line with the principle of knowing people and discussing the world.In 1907,Ou Yang Yu qian join spring willow club and participate in the creation performance until the xinhai revolution,the impact of the experience of Ou Yang Yu qian extremely significant,and helped the formation of his drama thought,therefore,to grasp the Ou Yang Yu qian drama thought,must from the reflection to the spring willow after club and theatrical practice for origin.Therefore,this article intends to make a comprehensive exposition of Ouyang Yuqian’s modern drama theory and practice from four aspects: the initial formation and transformation of his drama thought,the theory of "realistic" drama art,the old drama reform thought,and the drama creation theory,so as to expound the concrete connotation of his drama thought.
