Xiangtangshan Grottoes is a grotto statue group with a long history and a relatively large scale.It can be compared with Yungang Grottoes,Longmen Grottoes,Maijishan Grottoes and Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes.The Buddhist statues in the grottoes have distinctive artistic characteristics.They are vigorous,full and full,dignified and heavy,which can be described as a typical representative of Buddhist culture in the Northern Qi Dynasty.Firstly,this paper classifies and summarizes the niches and themes of the statues in the three grottoes of Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes from the diachronic perspective.Finally,it is determined that the statue of Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes in the Northern Qi Dynasty is taken as the research object,and the static action form of Buddhist statues is recorded and described by using Laban structure dance notation.The characteristics of its action posture are analyzed from the dance notation symbols,and the Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes are taken as the research object by using Peirce ’s three-element method of semiotics-object,interpretation item and representation body symbol theory.The Buddhist statues recorded by Laban dance notation are used as the representation body.Through the semiotic interpretation of the statue formation,historical culture and religious integration of Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes,the static modeling in Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes is dynamically danced.Let the Buddhist cultural relics displayed on the land of China ’ live ’.The first chapter is the introduction,which establishes the research direction.From the literature review of the related research on Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes at home and abroad,it establishes the cultural interpretation of the Buddhist statues in Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes from the artistic point of view and from the micro perspective,and reveals the cultural connotation behind the Buddhist body symbols.The second chapter is an overview of Xiangtang Mountain Cave.Starting from the reasons for the historical construction of Xiangtang Mountain Cave,the overall style of the statues in each era,it explores the style characteristics of Buddhist figures in the Northern Qi Dynasty.The third chapter is the semiotic interpretation of the grotto dance.Through the use of Laban structure dance spectrum to record the static dance of different statues such as Buddha,Bodhisattva,Lishi,King of God and Flying Heaven in Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes,the overall movement characteristics of each statue category are extracted and analyzed,which provides a practical basis for the following dance movement connection of Buddhist statues.The fourth chapter is the aesthetic style of the statues in Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes.The interpretation items in Pierce ’s semiotics are applied to different statue themes in Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes,which provides a theoretical basis for the connection of Buddhist dance movements in Xiangtang Mountain Grottoes. |
