This paper takes the bronze water-wine vessels unearthed from Chu tombs in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty as the research object. On the basis of typology, using the methods of cultural factor analysis and scenario analysis, this paper studies the bronze water-wine vessels unearthed from Chu tombs, tries to distinguish the types of water-wine vessels with Chu characteristics, and discusses the functions of various water-wine vessels in Chu tombs combined with the unearthed background of the vessels. This paper observed the development and evolution of the combination of water and wine vessels, and discussed the relationship between water and wine vessels and the gender and rank of tombs.First to chu tombs unearthed bronze plate,yi,bath help, small mouth pot,He,guide, wine pot,Lord help, nine categories of water type analyzed,on the basis of predecessors’ research it is divided into seven times, and the relative time of every period are determined.Pattern analysis, and using the origin of cultural factors analysis of bronze wine vessels are discussed in this paper, the distinguish with Ac,Bd plates,B He,Bb,Cc copper plate,C type copper yi features represented by chu bronze wine water,Found chu tombs of the early type A copper plate,Aa type copper yi belong to her Zhou the implements of the cultural factors, but to the spring and autumn period and the middle late period of basic. In the process of formation and development,Chu water and wine vessels absorbed the cultural factors of the Central Plains and the Jianghuai region to transform it,forming its own characteristics. For example, the Ba shaped copper plate is similar to the popular bronze plate with ears, hooves and feet in the central Plains. The difference is that the Ba shaped copper plate in Chu is mostly decorated on the body, while in the Central Plains it is mostly plain.Small mouth pot,Ab copper bath help,Ba type copper He and jianghuai region of the spring and autumn period and the early relationship between the small mouth pot,not help,He exist, but after the introduction of chu in the body tries to distinguish details and ornamentation. At the same time,in the northwest region with local characteristics to existence of artifacts, such as the Ca,Cb copper plate area in xiangyang,Ab type plates,B type copper yi in the jujube region had the tombs, and combining the buried with background information, the function of the wine of chu is a burial ground water are discussed in this paper. This paper combs the development and evolution of Chu water and wine vessel combination in tombs, and on this basis summarizes the development and evolution of Chu water and wine vessel into three stages: The mid and early Spring and Autumn period and the mid and late Spring and Autumn period are the formation stage, the late spring and Autumn period and the late spring and Autumn period are the stable stage, and the early, middle and late Warring States period are the diversified stage of combination. The relationship between the water and wine vessels and gender and rank is discussed. It is believed that the number of water and wine vessels in male tombs is more than that in female tombs in Chu tombs. On the other hand, after the combination was stable, there were two basic sets of water and wine vessels in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period,A and B.The higher the burial grade, the more complete the types of water and wine vessels. In terms of social etiquette, from the Spring and Autumn Period to the Warring States Period, the custom of burials with water and wine vessels in Chu tombs changed. In the Spring and Autumn period, funerary articles with the same function were placed in a relatively independent position, and in the Warring States period, burial articles were placed in different chambers according to the sacrificial function and recorded by writing.Of course, this did not only happen with water and wine vessels. It also means that the state of Chu had a more complex social etiquette in the Warring States period. The concept of "serving the dead as serving the living" started from the high-grade noble tombs in Chu,while most low-grade noble tombs maintained a regular ritual system. However, there is also a combination of a set of bronze vessels conforming to the ritual system with a set of imitation copper pottery vessels higher than the specification of bronze vessels, which may be related to the usurpation of the ritual system. From the mid spring and autumn period to the late warring states period in the early stage, the department of chu tombs in water wine portfolio to help "yufou + pan + yi" class water apparatus as the core, with wine and help or pot is complementary,to the warring states period is changed, copper statue of rare, help more exists in high-grade tomb, plates produced many new forms, the water is not to innovate,Instead into a "pan + yi" as the center, bath help in lower level tombs become rare, this shows that chu experienced by the "heavy water" to "wine".
