The Creation And Research Of The Illustration "Easy Life Of Diary"

With the improvement of people’s material living standards,people are paying more and more attention to the quality of their spiritual life,and many psychological disorders have come to the public’s attention,with depression becoming the most prevalent mental health disorder.In particular,the rate of depression detection among university students has been increasing year by year in recent years,which should be highly valued and alerted by the society,and effective measures should be taken to intervene and solve the problem.Art therapy,as a form of psychological healing that focuses on emotional expression and uses artistic creation as a medium,is an important bridge between art and psychology.Among them,healing illustrations play an important role in alleviating psychological crises among the general public because of their ability to resonate with the viewer and their quick and wide dissemination.This project takes the young generation,mainly university students,as its target group,and combines the relevant achievements in the fields of art and psychology to systematically analyse the application of healing illustrations in art therapy,in the process achieving the following research results:(1)Defines and analyses the concepts of art therapy and healing illustrations from a theoretical perspective,analyses the principles of art therapy applied in healing illustrations and their psychological healing mechanisms,and explores the ways and methods of applying healing series illustrations to psychological healing.(2)Combined with case studies of modern healing illustrations,the two forms of healing,visual healing of form,colour and composition and narrative healing of theme,image and scene,are explored,the visual perception and emotional healing symbols of healing illustrations are proposed,and the composition of healing elements applied to healing illustrations in art therapy is summarised.(3)Through a questionnaire survey on the psychological conditions and healing demands of the target group,mainly university students,the unique psychological problems and emotional barriers of the target group are analysed and sorted out in order to explore the psychological feelings triggered by the visual perception of healing illustrations.By analysing and interpreting the characteristics of the target group’s healing needs,the composition of the healing elements of healing illustrations is summarised.(4)Based on the above research findings,the design practice of the healing illustration "Easy life of diary" was carried out for the youth group,mainly university students,to analyse and interpret its healing elements,and to design related cultural and creative products for derivation and expansion,so as to better apply to the art therapy of the target group.
