The fierce competition in the Internet industry requires Internet enterprises to keep up with the trend of the times and innovate technologies in real time to meet the needs of the market, otherwise they will be eliminated by the market. How to stand out in the fierce competition to achieve sustainable development of enterprises, the key lies in innovation. The post-90 s and post-00 s employees are the main force of innovation in Internet enterprises. They have the characteristics of high knowledge and high technology, and are capable of producing innovative behaviors. Therefore, how to attract and retain the post-90 s and post-00 s employees talents has become an important issue for the innovation and development of Internet enterprises. However,Internet enterprises are faced with serious brain drain and lack of innovation. On the one hand, the new generation of employees increasingly pursue spiritual satisfaction, and the single compensation incentive system can no longer attract employees of Internet enterprises. On the other hand,"996 " working system prevails in Internet enterprises, and employees have to bear strong work pressure for a long time, which aggravates problems such as large employee turnover and job burnout. In this context, some Internet enterprises take the lead in adding workplace fun to their management practices to meet the spiritual pursuit of post-90 s and post-00 s employees, create a comfortable environment, relieve work pressure, and stimulate employees to create innovative intentions and behaviors.First of all, through the collation of relevant literature at home and abroad, the research theme is determined to explore the relationship between workplace fun and employee innovation behavior.Secondly, the relationship between workplace fun and employee innovation behavior is preliminarily explored through semi-structured interview, which lays a foundation for the research model and hypothesis. On this basis, organizational identity is introduced as an intermediary and self-efficacy of innovation is added as a mediator to study the influence of workplace fun on employees’ innovative behavior in Internet enterprises. Finally,a moderated intermediary model is constructed.Then,371 valid data were collected by questionnaire.SPSS25.0 and AMOS28.0 were used to analyze the relevant data, and the main conclusions were drawn as follows:(1)Workplace fun positively affects employee innovation behavior;(2)Workplace fun positively affects organizational identity;(3)Organizational identity positively affects employee innovation behavior;(4)Organizational identity plays a mediating role between workplace fun and employee innovation behavior;(5)Creative selfefficacy has a positive moderating effect on organizational identity and employee innovation behavior. That is,the high level of innovation self-efficacy enhances the positive effect of organizational identity on employees’ innovation behavior. The conclusion of this paper enriches the influence mechanism of workplace fun on employees’ innovative behavior to a certain extent, and points out a new direction for managers of Internet enterprises to formulate management strategies.
