| The year 2022 is a key year of the "Fourteenth Five Year Plan" and an important year to effectively link the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.In2021,3.29 million rural poor people in Shanxi Province will be lifted out of poverty.With the overall victory of the battle against poverty as the symbol,the "three rural" work will enter a new stage of development to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,highlight industrial revitalization,stimulate the vitality of rural development,meet the people’s needs for a better life,promote rural revitalization to achieve new results,and achieve new breakthroughs in agricultural and rural modernization.Industrial prosperity is the focus of rural revitalization.In recent years,Shanxi Province has focused on advantageous and characteristic industries,made full use of its unique natural resource endowment,combined with the development of the Yellow River,Great Wall and Taihang tourism sectors,carried out pilot projects to integrate agriculture,forestry,culture,tourism and health industries,fully mobilized the enthusiasm of all parties,and built a new pattern of agriculture,forestry,culture,tourism and health industries with reasonable structure,distinctive characteristics,good services and standardized development.Increasing the income of rural residents is an inevitable requirement for rural revitalization,and is the starting point,focus and support point for expanding domestic demand in rural markets.The development of agriculture,forestry,culture,tourism and health industry in Shanxi Province can stimulate rural vitality,accelerate the flow and gathering of capital,technology,talents and other factors to rural areas,help rural residents to find jobs on the spot,add momentum to rural development,and add impetus to the common prosperity of rural residents.The growth of rural residents’ disposable income also promotes consumption upgrading and the release of rural market potential.The development of agriculture,forestry,culture,tourism and health industry and the growth of rural residents’ income interact The relationship of mutual influence and mutual promotion.Therefore,this thesis mainly studies the space-time coupling relationship between the development of agriculture,forestry,culture,tourism and health industry and the growth of rural residents’ income.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of Shanxi Province,it is found that the agriculture,forestry,culture,tourism and health industry has developed steadily,and the income growth of villager has made new attainment,which is worthy of full affirm.Taiyuan is in the forefront of the development of the province among all cities.Secondly,a three-level evaluation index system was built,and the data was substituted into the formula to calculate the comprehensive development index.The conclusion was drawn that the agricultural,forestry,cultural,tourism and health industry continued to improve on the whole,reached a peak of about0.81 in 2019,and declined after the epidemic.The structure of rural residents’ income sources was significantly optimized,and the level of income growth was steadily upward and continuously improved.Thirdly,from the perspective of time and space,the coordination level was analyzed.From the perspective of time series,the coupling coordination degree continued to grow rapidly.In 2015,it changed from maladjustment to coordination.In 2019 and 2020,the coupling degrees were 0.731252 and 0.718530,which were only at the intermediate coordination level and needed to be further improved;From the perspective of space,the coordination level has a strong positive correlation in spatial agglomeration.Associated industries gather together to warm up and promote the "internal circulation" of the economy,which is reflected in that the cities at the coordination level are mostly concentrated in Jinzhong(Taiyuan 0.678679,Jinzhong0.557734)and Jinnan(Yuncheng 0.532506),while the cities at the non coordination level are mostly distributed in mountainous and remote areas.Finally,according to a large number of empirical analysis,we draw the conclusion that the overall development level of Shanxi Province is processing,there are dramatic differences among regions,there is a long-term balanced relationship,the level of coordination is low,and there is a feature of spatial agglomeration.We also put forward targeted suggestions to help consolidate the trend of economic recovery to a better direction,solidly promote rural revitalization,and achieve a richer,happier and more beautiful countryside. |
