Abstract/Summary:
Zi Yi Xuan score is a musical 1771 compiled by Xu Baoshan,a Qing dynasty poet,in the thirty-six th year of Qianlong reign(AD).A total of 174 pieces of music from the Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties to the Yuan dynasty are included in the 1746,165 of which were compiled from the palace music of the southern and Northern Dynasties in the eleventh year of Qianlong(AD 11).The remaining 9 pieces were compiled from other sources.This paper briefly analyzes and generalizes the background and content of the book It also examines Xu Baoshan’s selection criteria for compiling CI music from Jiugong Dacheng from the three aspects of the time of ci-writing,Gong Diao and genre,and explains the theoretical basis of the author’s trial translation through the explanation of translation scores,at last,it highlights the academic value of Ziyixuan ci Pu with the help of the bottleneck of the revival of CI Music in Qing dynasty.
