Investigation,protection And Inheritance Of Red Resources In Hubei Townships In The New Era

Xi Jinping said,"Red resources are the testimony of our Party’s arduous and brilliant struggle,and are the most precious spiritual wealth." Red resources are the historical mark of our Party uniting and leading the people of all ethnic groups in China to achieve liberation and national independence,and they are non-renewable "living fossils".As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and brought China’s development to a higher historical level,the development,utilization and inheritance of red resources are a solid foundation for enhancing cultural confidence and an inevitable requirement for taking the socialist path in the new era.Hubei Province is a veritable province of red resources.It is not only an important source of revolution in modern China,but also the birthplace of one of the earliest organizations of the Communist Party of China.Several important turning points and major events of the Chinese revolution all took place here.As one of the 27 towns in the old revolutionary base areas of Hubei Province,Zhoulaozui Town once became the red capital and political activity center of the Western Hunan Revolutionary Base during the Second Civil Revolutionary War,and the activity center of the Xiangnan Revolutionary Base during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation.There are the former sites of the Party,government and military organs of the Western Hunan Revolutionary Base.The former residences of He Long and Zhou Yiqun,as well as numerous revolutionary historical stories and other forms of red resources.Zhoulaozui Town’s red resources are very representative in Hubei province and even the whole country.Research on the investigation,protection and inheritance of Zhoulaozui Town’s red resources is not only conducive to boosting the excavation and protection of township and township in Hubei Province and even the whole country’s grass-roots red resources,but also conducive to ceasing red blood,awakening red memory and fostering patriotic feelings.Let red resources and red culture play a bigger role in the new era and on the new journey,and truly become a powerful spiritual driving force for promoting socialist modernization and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper takes the red resources of Zhoulaozui town as the research object.Based on the characteristics and value of the red resources,from the material and non-material aspects,the existing revolutionary sites,memorial venues,red objects,revolutionary characters and stories,red ballads and other red resources in Zhoulaozui Town are sorted out,typical representatives are listed,and their historical connotations and realistic values are excavated.This paper analyzes the protection and inheritance of red resources in Zhoulaozui Town from the aspects of regional linkage,staffing,infrastructure,publicity and promotion,resource mining and effect play,and points out the existing problems and deficiencies.It includes the lack of cross-regional protection linkage,the lack of professional talent reserve,the urgent need to improve supporting facilities,the urgent need for continuous efforts in publicity and promotion,the lack of resource connotation mining,and the limited effect.Finally,on the basis of learning from the successful experience of other regions and combining with the actual situation of Hubei Province,this paper proposes future prospects on how to protect,develop and inherit red resources and fully release the powerful efficiency of red resources in the old revolutionary base areas from three aspects: mobilizing all forces,coordinating and integrating resources and refining red spirit.
