Ding Zhongyi Ink Character Form Language Exploration

Ding Zhongyi is a famous ink figure painter in China,His works inherit traditional Chinese painting techniques and form a unique painting appearance,Ding Zhongyi has a wide range of achievements,including figures,landscapes,flowers and birds,watercolors,drawings,prints,etc.Ding Zhongyi’s paintings,solid pen and ink and accurate shapes express the depth of traditional Chinese ink painting.Based on tradition,the work vividly expresses the inner world and spiritual outlook of the characters,reflecting the artist’s unique creative perspective and humanistic care.In addition,Ding Zhongyi is also an art educator,with his selfless dedication and sincere dedication,he has cultivated a batch of talents for Henan,and guided students to create art with his own creative experience.It adds a brilliant stroke to the painting career in Henan.This study summarizes the artistic creation styles of Ding Zhongyi in different periods,and analyzes Ding Zhongyi’s paintings in combination with Chinese painting theory and painting forms.The three periods of Ding Zhongyi’s ink figure creation,1960s-1980 s,1980s-1990 s,and 1990 s to the present,analyze the changes and causes of artistic characteristics.On this basis,the themes of Ding Zhongyi’s character paintings are divided into modern peasant themes,ethnic minority themes and ancient character themes.According to the different subject matter,the significance of the topic selection of Ding Zhongyi’s ink figure painting is demonstrated.This study focuses on the analysis of the expression of Ding Zhongyi ink figure painting,and summarizes the form of Ding Zhongyi ink figure painting through four aspects: picture mood,composition form,character modeling,and application of the method.This paper discusses Ding Zhongyi’s teacher-inheritance relationship and teaching achievements,so as to demonstrate Ding Zhongyi’s high artistic accomplishment and contribution to Henan region.
