The causal connection component is an important part of Chinese discourse,and it is also a difficult point in Chinese teaching.Therefore,this study selected native speakers of English,Vietnamese and Korean as the research object,and adopted a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to compare and study the use of causal connection components in 352 narratives of these three types of native speakers,and found that the order of acquisition of causal connection components from easy to difficult and the frequency of use of English,Vietnamese and Korean native speakers was positively correlated,"because" and "so" were easy to learn,the frequency of use was high,and the accuracy rate was also high.Causal components such as "thus","since" and "why" are difficult for learners to learn,and the phenomenon of avoidance of use will occur,and the frequency of use is relatively low.For the acquisition of causal sentence patterns,the three types of native speakers all present the same order of acquisition,all of which first learn "A,so B" and "A,because of B",followed by "because A,so B" and "A,because of B",etc.,"because of A,why B" and "since A,B" and other sentence patterns are the most difficult to learn.English,Vietnamese and Korean native speakers will inevitably have bias in the process of using causal connection components,but the bias characteristics of the three types of native speakers are also slightly different,the bias of English and Vietnamese native speakers is concentrated on the mispronoun bias,and the Korean native speakers are concentrated on the mistaking bias.In view of the acquisition characteristics of international students,this paper also takes the "International Chinese Education Chinese Level Standards" and "HSK Standard Curriculum" as examples,and believes that more attention should be paid to the content of causal connection components in advanced textbooks.In terms of order,teaching materials should follow the spiraling arrangement order from easy to difficult,and improve the reproduction rate;At the same time,Chinese language teachers should also better understand the learners’ native language background and learning characteristics,and pay more attention to the contrast between Chinese and foreign in actual teaching.Through the research of this paper,the author hopes to provide a valuable reference for researchers who study the causal connection components or causal sentence patterns of Chinese acquired by international students,and also hope to provide some feasible teaching suggestions for the teaching of causal connection components in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.In addition,learners themselves should pay attention to the accumulation of Chinese knowledge and cultivate Chinese thinking.
