A Analysis And Evalution Of The Chinese Textbooks In Vietnam’s Language Centers

Teaching materials are a very important part of teaching and learning,not only as materials for teachers and students,but also as a basis for classroom teaching.As Chinese language teaching continues to develop in many countries,there is a growing body of research on the use of Chinese language materials.The teaching of Chinese in Vietnam has long existed in the Vietnamese education system and has had a significant impact on the Vietnamese economy and society.Language centres are an important part of the teaching of Chinese in Vietnam and have a certain influence on the teaching of Chinese in Vietnam.Therefore,we investigated the use of Chinese language teaching materials in Vietnamese language centres through literature research,questionnaires and interviews with learners and teachers.Through further research and analysis,we were able to identify which teaching materials are used in Vietnamese language centres,how they are used and what problems arise in the process of using them.Based on the results of the survey,we found that currently Vietnamese language centres mainly use textbooks published in China.Although the majority of learners and teachers in the language centres are satisfied with the materials used,there are still some problems in the use of the materials in the language centres.By exploring the learners’ and teachers’ opinions and combining them with our insights,we have made some indicative suggestions for the use of teaching materials in Vietnamese language centres and the development of local Chinese language teaching materials in Vietnam.It is hoped that this study will help language centres to use the materials more effectively and provide an effective contribution to the development of local Chinese language teaching materials in Vietnam.
