With the enhancement of the country’s cultural comprehensive power,Chinese as a cultural symbol is being promoted around the world.,and the demand for Chinese teachers is increasing.In this context,how to cultivate Chinese teachers in terms of quantity and quality has become a problem that collage have to face,Teaching practice is the best way to solve.However,the quality of teaching practice is uneven,and management problems are frequent,which seriously affects the development of teaching practice activities.By sorting out the MTCSOL Teaching Practice literature,the author found that most scholars focus on the content of Teaching Practice,and by sorting out the content,they found Practice problems and put forward improvement suggestions.Few scholars have specifically discussed the quality of MTCSOL Teaching Practice,so,this paper intends to systematically sort out the quality problems of Teaching Practice,build a MTCSOL Teaching Practice supervision system based on PDCA theory,which can improve the quality of Teaching Practice.In order to know the supervision status quo of Teaching Practice in MTCSOL,we used questionnaire survey.The author found that currently,training,guidance and assessment are used as the main means of supervision,but there are some problems such as insufficient supervision and formalization of supervision.Starting from these practical problems,this paper designs an Teaching Practice supervision system with training,guidance and assessment as the main content.Through the establishment of training system,guidance system and assessment system,the whole Practice supervision system is driven to run smoothly.By grasping the quality of the three small systems,we improve the quality of the big system of teaching practice supervision of MTCSOLThe article is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.This part mainly explains the research background,research purpose,research methods,etc.The second part is investigation and analysis of the teaching practice of MTCSOL.Through the questionnaire survey of MTCSOL’ interns,the author analyzed the questionnaire data and found out the problems in the supervision of practice.The third part introduce the theoretical basis of the teaching practice supervision system.This part focuses on the PDCA Theory.It first introduces the concept and related theory,and then demonstrates the suitability of PDCA to the supervision system of teaching practice,indicating that the PDCA Theory can help us build the system and solve the supervision problems.The fourth part construct the supervision system of teaching practice for MTCSOL.Based on the PDCA theory and supervision problems mentioned above,by discussing the feasibility analysis of PDCA theory,this paper constructs the supervision system of Chinese master’s teaching practice.The fifth part,conclusion.Summarize the research conclusions,analyze the shortcomings of the research,and look forward to the follow-up research work.
