Jurgen Habermas is one of the most influential philosophers and the leading figure of the second generation of the Frankfurt School.This paper intends to discuss one of the focal issues in the field of political philosophy from the perspective of Habermas’ discussion ethics.""What comes first,justice or good?".The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the priority of justice over good through the intersubjective perspective and procedural scheme included in the discussion ethics.In the course of the argument,we will find that Habermas talks about the particularity of ethics: on the one hand,although Habermas and liberals insist on the priority of justice over good;On the other hand,Habermas recognized the communitarian concept of community.It can be said that the ethics of discussion has the characteristics of both but has its own uniqueness.This paper mainly discusses the ethics of negotiation from four aspects,including the background of the era of the ethics of negotiation,the interpretation of the two concepts of justice and good,and the priority of justice demonstrated by the thinking of the ethics of negotiation,and the practical implications of negotiating ethics.Firstly,the introduction part makes a brief review and summary of the research status in this field,and on this basis explains the significance of the topic selection,and the structure of the paper,the relevant issues of this paper to do a brief description.The first chapter introduces the background of Habermas’ ethical thoughts.Under the time background of pluralism,the original religious authority challenged,in the background of habermas on the moral and ethical problems caused by the split is analyzed,specifically is justice and goodness of differentiation as well as the moral proposition and statement,as a result of further differentiation,the proposition of unhealthy tendencies to indicate the time problem we are facing today,And advocates to re-establish the effectiveness of moral norms by means of negotiation.The second chapter discusses the interpretation of justice and good in ethics.The content will be from the two aspects of justice and good respectively.First of all,Habermas believes that justice is procedural and formal justice abstracted from the content,and in the transition from traditional society to modern society,due to the gradual expansion of the scope of community,unity,which used to be the opposite of justice,has now been integrated with justice.Secondly,Habermas believes that goodness lies in people’s self-understanding,and the concept of goodness is not born out of thin air,but born in the historical context of people’s long-term life.The third chapter demonstrates the priority of justice from the perspective of negotiating ethics.For justice in preference to this view,habermas does not provide a fully demonstrated,so this article attempts from the Angle between the main body in preference to monologue perspective,as well as discourse in the program arguments reason is limited by the ideal discourse environment two different ideas of an argument,in order to show only puts justice is good,and to ensure the effectiveness of ethics.The demonstration of the priority of justice from the perspective of intersubjectivity and the program of proceduralism is also the embodiment of the practical application of negotiation ethics.In the fourth chapter discuss ethical reality enlightenment,projected into the real life,the contents of negotiation ethics is embodied in the interpersonal equality and fraternity,the individual is connected with the fate of the nation,cooperation among nations consultative values,such as can help set up the correct interpersonal cognition,develops the rational international vision,clear concept of sustainable economic development.
