Discussion On The Artistic Character Istics And Singing Style Of The Musical "Butterfly" Excerpt "Wedding"

Musical is a kind of integrated stage art form originating from the west.With the development of musical opening to the Chinese market in the 20 th century after 40 years,Chinese local musical is gradually becoming mature.The musical Butterfly is a representative work in China’s local original musical.Based on the research background of the original musical Butterfly,this paper makes a specific analysis of the artistic characteristics and singing style of Zhu Yingtai’s solo segment Wedding.This article consists of three chapters.Through in-depth discussion on the overview,artistic characteristics and singing style of the song "Wedding",I will expound my comprehensive understanding of the musical "Butterfly" and the clip "Wedding" from the aspects of plot analysis,character characteristics,singing skills,artistic treatment,and deep thinking on how to sing the musical excerpt "Wedding".
