The Optimization Path Of Public Culture Services In Small And Medium-sized Urban Parks

The existing research related to the public cultural services is mostly carried out from the “three libraries and one station”,that is,art galleries,libraries,cultural galleries,and comprehensive cultural stations.As a green public open place with strong accessibility,large area and large personnel flow,urban parks are the extension and transformation of natural space to social space.It is an ideal place to show regional cultural characteristics and spiritual features and provide public cultural services.Under the background of relatively limited public cultural space resources in small and medium-sized cities,optimizing public cultural services in urban parks is a useful supplement to the construction of public cultural service system.Based on the above judgment,this thesis takes the scene theory as the main analysis tool,comprehensively uses the method of network information retrieval and questionnaire survey,takes C city as the research case,retrieves the public cultural activities carried out by the government in urban parks on the intensive platform of C city government website,and distributes questionnaires to investigate the public’s participation in recreational activities in urban parks,the expectation of public cultural services in urban parks,and the perception of cultural and educational functions.The survey found that C city has begun to use urban parks to hold various public cultural activities,build public cultural service facilities,emphasize the integration of cultural connotation in park planning and construction,and initially reveal the public cultural service function of urban parks.However,due to the limited capacity of public cultural services in small and medium-sized cities,the lack of culture in public space,the absence of functions,and the public’s cognitive bias at the social level,there are some problems in the public cultural services of urban parks,such as low satisfaction of facilities,low participation rate of cultural activities,incomplete benefiting people,dislocation of service supply and demand,and limited function of culture and education.Based on the thinking of optimizing the experience of urban park cultural service,deepening cultural memory,forming cultural scenes,and the existing practical experience of urban park public cultural service in some major cities in China,this thesis puts forward the optimization path of perfecting supporting policies,coordinating cultural resources,activating cultural images,accurately supplying services,and strengthening social education functions from the government level.From the social level,the optimization path of cultivating subject consciousness and giving full play to the positive role of informal organizations is proposed.The optimization of public cultural services in small and medium-sized cities will be a long process that needs to be explored continuously.In the future,it is necessary to root in the service logic and optimize the public cultural services of urban parks in an all-round way from the aspects of policy,management mechanism and facilities based on the public cultural needs.
