Research On The Image Style Of Racing Film

Among genre films,racing films often win box office and word-of-mouth success with their intense plot Settings,strong visual impact and exciting drive-by scenes.This kind of film takes racing as the narrative element,combines love,affection,suspense,comedy,competition and other types of elements,forming a unique film genre.As one of the important elements of film language,the setting of image style determines the overall artistic style of a film,and it is also an important means to reflect plays,shape characters and convey emotions.In the early stage of film shooting,according to the story style and drama requirements,how to conceive the general direction of the image style,choose appropriate modeling methods,formulate feasible shooting plans,and finally through post-processing the image perfect on the film screen is one of the topics worth studying for film creators.Based on the development process,narrative characteristics and expression techniques of racing films,this dissertation makes an in-depth discussion on the image expression of racing films.Based on the law of film image creation,combined with the author’s graduate work "Dream Again",this dissertation elaborates the film creation process from the early conception to the middle shooting and then to the later presentation,and applies film theory to film shooting practice to accumulate experience for future film creation.
