Interpretation Of The Singing Of The Modern Duet Experimental Musical "Apple Turning Red"

The modern duet experimental song and dance drama "apple turning red" is the first play with original ideas and innovative spirit since the establishment of the duet performance major in the Film and Television Drama Department of Inner Mongolia Academy of Arts.The play was staged in May 2013 and received widespread attention from all sectors of society during its performance.The drama tells the story of the two protagonists’ resilient and noble character,as well as their kind,strong,and willing spirit of dedication.This article focuses on analyzing the singing techniques and emotional expression of the selected segment"Seven Feet Man’s Tears Drifting",especially from a series of perspectives such as biting,enunciating,emotional grasp,breath changes,and stage performance.The aim is to better grasp and understand the song style and shape the character "Li Yuehong" through the analysis of the work.This article is divided into three chapters for discussion.The first chapter explores and studies the creative background,lyrics and music author introduction,plot introduction,and Li Yuehong’s character image of "The Fruit Is Red";The second chapter is music analysis,which analyzes and studies the musical structure,melody,and lyrics from three aspects;The third chapter is the interpretation of singing,which is further studied through several aspects such as pronunciation,enunciation,breath,emotional expression,and stage performance.Through this series of research and analysis,we will gain a deeper understanding of the image of the character "Li Yuehong",and combine the singing style of the duet and scientific vocal singing techniques to better shape this character’s image.
