| With the increasing emphasis on red tourism by the government and people’s attention to historical culture,red tourism has become a hot topic in the tourism market.In the era of experience economy,the demand for tourist experiences is growing,and immersive experiences have become an important trend in the development of the tourism industry.However,the current status and existing issues of immersive experiences in red tourism have not been sufficiently researched and addressed.Therefore,this study,based on the embodied cognition theory,explores the development status,existing issues,and optimization strategies of immersive experiences in X venue of red tourism.Through literature review and theoretical analysis,this study reviews the relevant achievements in the development of red tourism,immersive experiences,and embodied cognition research.It constructs a preliminary model of the embodied factors influencing immersive experiences in red tourism.The empirical study focuses on X venue,the Nanchang August 1st Memorial Hall,and employs questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews.The study identifies the issues present in the immersive experiences of X venue.Specifically,it finds that young tourists are more likely to achieve better immersive experiences,with a particular emphasis on physical and emotional experiences.Tourists with lower educational backgrounds have greater room for improvement in emotional and cognitive experiences.Additionally,contextual factors at the tourist site play a crucial role in the effectiveness of immersive experiences.Based on these findings,targeted optimization strategies are proposed,including enhancing the use of technology,providing interactive experiences,optimizing interpretation and guide services,and strengthening promotion.This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of immersive experiences in red tourism,contributing to the enhancement of its attractiveness and market competitiveness,and exploring optimization measures for immersive experiences in red tourism will contribute to its sustainable development. |
