| In recent years,with the continuous development of Chinese economy and tourism,the consumption level of residents increases significantly,and the demand for tourism is also showing a growing trend.Tourists pay more attention to tourism experience in the process of traveling.Although many scholars at home and abroad have conducted a great deal of research on tourism experience,few studies have been conducted on the tourism experience of cultural heritage parks.Based on the theory of customer experience,this paper systematically combs the related literature of tourism experience value and cultural heritage park,and takes Haihunhouguo Heritage Park as the research object to systematically study the constitutive dimension and evaluation system of tourist experience value of Haihunhouguo Heritage Park.In this study,questionnaire survey and interview methods were adopted,and factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis were used for data analysis,to analyze the evaluation system of tourist experience value of Haihunhou Heritage Park and its influence on tourist satisfaction.The results show that the tourist experience value of Haihunhouguo Heritage Park consists of five dimensions: functional value,service experience value,emotional value,social value and economic value,and the five dimensions of the tourist experience value of Haihunhouguo Heritage Park have a significant positive impact on tourist satisfaction.This study theoretically enriched the relevant research on the evaluation of the experience value of the cultural heritage park,and at the same time,from the practical level,proposed the strategy of improving the tourism experience value of the Haihunhouguo Heritage Park,which provided targeted suggestions for strengthening the experience value of the Haihunhouguo Heritage Park,and also provided a reference for improving the competitiveness of the cultural heritage park. |
