Study On Children Mobilization In Jin-Sui Border During The War Of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression

The United Nations ’ Convention on the Rights of the Child defines children as those aged 0 to 18.In the historical process of social development,compared with adults,children have been in a relatively disadvantageous position.The physical development of children is not yet complete,the maturity of thought needs to be improved,and the social attention to children ’s groups is relatively weak.During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,in the face of the difficult situation of internal and external troubles,in order to unite the broad masses of the people to participate in the national united front of resistance to Japanese aggression and national salvation,and realize their own liberation and national liberation,the Jin-Sui border area under the leadership of the Communist Party of China carried out a series of mobilization activities,such as political mobilization,economic mobilization,cultural mobilization and so on.Many historical materials show that since the founding of the Communist Party of China,it has been committed to carrying out and solving the work of children,and also carried out vigorous mobilization of children during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.As the fresh blood of the revolution,the children group also shoulders a major responsibility in the great cause of defending the country.The children’s mobilization in the Jin-Sui border area could be carried out successfully because of its own objective factors and subjective efforts.Subjectively,the most basic survival rights of children in Jin-Sui were not guaranteed during the war period,thus stimulating the people’s desire to seek to guarantee children’s right to survival and development.Objectively speaking,due to the aggression of the Japanese army,it is difficult for Jin-Sui children to survive,and their thoughts are also poisoned by the Japanese culture,which makes the mobilization of Jin-Sui children imperative.After the subjective and objective conditions were sufficient,the Communist Party of China mainly mobilized children in Jin-Sui border from four aspects:policy guarantee,system construction,armed struggle and cultural education.First introduced a variety of policies and regulations,to the rights of children with legal protection,followed by the organization of the Resistance against Japanese Aggression Children ’s Corps and the Resistance against Japanese Aggression Children ’s Vanguard,to develop a clear statute,the children ’s team into the organization,after the military education of Jin-Sui children,and actively mobilize children to participate in the cause of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,but also the Jin-Sui children cultural education,so that Jin-Sui children armed with knowledge of their own minds.Children’s mobilization in the Jin-Sui border area presents the characteristics of independence and integration with youth work.That is,children’s work in Jin-Sui border has its own exclusive ways and methods,and youth groups lead children’s work and are responsible for it.At the same time,there are some shortcomings in children’s work in Jin-Sui border,such as the contempt of some adults for children’s work,the lack of efforts to organize children,difficulties in the development of children’s education,etc.The mobilization of children in the Jin-Sui border area defended the basic survival rights of children in Jin-Sui during the war,mobilized them to the maximum,greatly mobilized the productive enthusiasm and war enthusiasm of the children’s groups,and promoted the awakening of the consciousness of the children’s groups.At the same time,it strengthened the understanding and recognition of the majority of Jin-Sui children on the leadership of the CPC,and provided a strong reserve force for the construction of the border area and the promotion of the victory of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.In the new era,children ’s work has been given new content and significance.However,it has been proved by history that what should not be changed is that children ’s work in the new era should still adhere to the leadership of the CPC.We should further implement the principle of giving priority to children,comprehensively improve the overall quality of children,train socialist builders and successors who are well-rounded in moral,intellectual,physical,social and aesthetic development,and lead hundreds of millions of children to take up a new mission and contribute to the new era.
