The Yellow River Cantata is a famous vocal work composed by Xian Xinghai,a famous modern musician,and Guang Weiren,a poet.This song is created under the background of the Anti-Japanese War,contains a very rich cultural foundation,showing the Chinese people’s tenacious national spirit,and can be described as a standing landmark.As the sixth movement of the Yellow River Cantata,The Resentment of the Yellow River plays a vital role in the whole song,which has strong dramatic conflict and national characteristics.Taking the weeping "woman" beside the Yellow River as the theme of music,it depicts her tragic image,reflects people’s sufferings in great disasters,and arouses the patriotic enthusiasm of the whole people to resist.The main content of this paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction of the "Yellow River Resentment" theme background and significance,domestic and foreign research overview and research ideas and research methods overview,the second chapter is the "Yellow River Resentment" creative overview,the third chapter from the artistic and cultural characteristics and musical characteristics of the two aspects of the analysis,the fourth chapter of the two singers to learn from the subtle singing of this work,for the fifth chapter of the song singing interpretation to prepare for the fifth chapter.Finally,the combination of theory and practice,hope to be able to skillfully master the classic vocal music works in the concert,to achieve a mixture of love singing effect.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the related knowledge of this song,integrates and refines the knowledge of vocal music theory and skills,and provides some theoretical support for future students.
