Jiangsu Sports Dance Association Under The Background Of Association Reform Standardization Construction Research

In the face of the new opportunities for the development of sports in China,the good development of sports social organizations will accelerate the reform of sports associations to a certain extent.As one of the branches that can not be ignored,the Sports Dance Association conforms to the needs of reform and perfects its own construction.This study uses literature,expert interview,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,through the civil affairs departments to complete the registration of Jiangsu Province,cities,The present situation of standardization construction of typical sports dance associations in districts and counties is investigated and analyzed,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the standardization construction degree of grass-roots associations in Jiangsu Province is poor,and the ability to develop alone after decoupling is weak;(2)the service ability of Jiangsu Sports Dance Association needs to be improved;(3)the management system of Jiangsu Sports Dance is not targeted;(4)the staffing and hardware facilities of Jiangsu Sports Dance Association are not perfect.It is suggested that phase(1)should be taken from:(1)phase(1).The department shall strictly check the registration of sports dance association;(2)Sports dance associations at all levels shall achieve three regular;(3)Sports and dance industry associations shall develop together with common efforts;(4)Strengthen the hardware facilities construction of the Sports Dance Association to promote the standardization construction of Jiangsu Sports Dance Association,make its true trend mature,and provide effective reference for its future planning,development and construction.
