| The improvement of the living standards of farmers and herdsmen is of great significance to promoting the leapfrog development of Tibet and ensuring long-term stability. In 2021,all 74 poverty-stricken counties and districts in Tibet will be decapitated, and 628000 registered poverty-stricken people will be lifted out of poverty, which has historically solved the problem of absolute poverty. However,Tibet has the characteristics of the deepest poverty level, the highest cost of poverty alleviation and the greatest difficulty in poverty alleviation.Cultural and tourism industry is a characteristic industry in Tibet. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study how the cultural and tourism characteristic industry can promote the income increase of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen, and how to promote Tibetan farmers and herdsmen to participate in the production activities of cultural and tourism industry.According to the literature analysis, the current scholars pay less attention to the ways and models of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen participating in the cultural and tourism industry, and the relevant research on the effect of cultural and tourism industry on the income increase of farmers and herdsmen is less. Therefore, this paper studies the income increase effect of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen participating in the cultural and tourism industry by combining the actual situation of Tibet, using case analysis and quantitative analysis methods. The research path of this paper is as follows: First, based on the transaction cost theory, social exchange theory, symbiosis theory and the ethnic theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, this paper analyzes the theoretical support and feasibility of Tibetan farmers and herdsmen participating in the cultural tourism industry model(cooperative leading model, leading enterprise leading model, symbiosis model).Secondly, taking typical cases as the starting point, this paper analyzes the participation paths of the three modes, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the three modes as well as the applicable scenarios.Thirdly, based on the questionnaire data of farmers and herdsmen in seven cities, the empirical study was conducted to study the impact of cultural tourism industry on the income of farmers and herdsmen in Tibet, including the impact of different participation modes on the income of farmers and herdsmen, and the impact of different participation links on the income of farmers and herdsmen. Finally, according to the research conclusions, some suggestions are put forward. The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First, the cultural and tourism industry has a positive impact on the income of farmers and herdsmen. The income of farmers and herdsmen who participate in the cultural and tourism industry is better than that of farmers and herdsmen who do not participate in the cultural and tourism industry. The impact of different modes and links in the cultural and tourism industry on the income of farmers and herdsmen is different.Second, there are differences in the ways of getting rich in different income increase models. The participation path of cooperative leading mode is: personnel introduction → personnel training → personnel retention; The participation path of leading enterprises’ leading mode is:personnel introduction → development planning → increasing income and becoming rich → supporting ambition; The participation path of symbiosis mode is: farmers and herdsmen(foundation)→ cooperatives(ties)→ leading enterprises(strengthening)→ farmers and herdsmen(foundation).Third, symbiosis mode is the best mode for farmers and herdsmen to increase their income and become rich. The analysis of typical cases found that the symbiosis model is the best way for farmers and herdsmen to achieve income increase and prosperity through cultural and tourism industries. There is a mutual relationship between farmers and herdsmen, cooperatives and leading enterprises.Farmers and herdsmen are in a basic position.Cooperatives play a role of bridge and tie, while leading enterprises play a role of strengthening. The three are interconnected and mutually reinforcing. |
